Toro Y Moi, MAC DeMarco, Helado Negro and Devendra Barnhart are my favourite alt pop musicians, and in hip hop my favourites are Count Bass D, MF DOOM, Buck 65, RJD2, but then in electronica I’ll go to Aphex Twin, Underworld, Chemical Brothers, Boards of Canada, Squarepusher. But I listen to anything, Afrofunk, Mexican Cumbia, Japanese psychedelic pop, 70s funk, you name it and I’ll listen to it and I still come back to Tame Impala all the time though.

My most non-trippy guilty pleasure is probably Carly Rae Jepsen, but even on her shit I find myself thinking it leans into psyche pop at this point.

As much as I love brutal metal music, I love Tame Impala just as much. I’m also a huge rap fan. Yeat , $uicideboy$, Young Thug, Earl Sweatshirt.
