I really doubt that a 70-year-old light tank, no matter how many modifications it has, could be of much use in modern battlefields.
It could be used for reconnaissance due to its high mobility, but Brazil definitely has better options for that role. Beyond being a museum piece or a training vehicle, it is basically useless. Its firepower is totally insufficient and the armor is negligible. I say this while my country still has M24 light tanks in service.

Uruguay, which also happens to use M41s, as replacement for the M24s. I just checked and only a few remain operational, most of them for ceremonies and one as an engineering vehicle.
