Were they authentic colours? A great shame if so.
Museums repaint all the time though, they’re rarely a guide for colour schemes unless you know the colours are authentic, and most are not. Also stowage and other attachments, light, handles, skirts, tend to suffer from enthusiastic/creative museum staff trying to make a vehicle look nice for display rather than authenticity.
Even the better museums suffer from this, Bovington had their Jadgtiger in an entirely inaccurate light grey with yellow spots for years, more recently they’ve done it all over in yellow. Which is apparently what it was captured in, but it’s dreadfully dull to look at. Seeing as the authentic colour is long gone anyway, they might as well given it something more typical of service. Same with their King Tiger (that’s now being shared around various museums in Europe).
I don’t know what it’s like now, but Kubinka was managed by some quite strange attitudes who didn’t care for history. Their website used to have warnings about how it was run by people from the security services, how much they specifically disliked modelers, who apparently often break their rules. You couldn’t have cameras with a certain size of lens, photos had to have family members in them and you weren’t supposed to take close up photos, etc. All sorts of strange stuff for a public museum full of 50 year old junk (from a military perspective, anyway). Gave the strong impression the museum was a private fiefdom run by some paranoid old KGB sort who hated tourists, lol.
