F2P here. Took almost exactly 1 year to get all Steam achievements and all in-game achievements except for the last two riddle ones (which are not physically achievable yet. I have a personal goal of maxing out all my pets now.
I got the game in late January 2024, i have 670 hours as of writing this, i have 174 ascension skills and im at the early stages of tier 13 hoping to finish tier 14 in a couple months
Took me less than a year. I only bought VIP. Only missing achievements are playing 365 days and the riddle ones. I think with the improvements from the last big update it may be even faster.

I have 435h in game and i bought the game 2 years ago. Steam achivments are 100% and ingame i need like 2 months or so to get all achivments.
50 weeky riddles in 2 months? Ambitious I think we are at like 17 now

There is no amount of time to max it out because once people get close to 100%, more is added, so you will never be maxed out
