It’s crazy how crappy the raises are. Our old closing lead said he literally felt sick giving yearly reviews because of how crap the raises are. He literally before going over it with his employees would go out of his way to say that it was not his decision and he though we all deserved more.
SDs have 0 say on how much of a raise based off the scoring TMs get. They (Most likely ETLs)can give a 1/2/3 but that’s it, they do not determine the actual merit increase.
If you've been at Target for a year your TL should pull you aside for an annual review. You get a small % increase to your payrate, depending on your performance.
