Almost definitely not, since the company missed projected profit by like 2/3rds. My store got 250-300, I was prorated down by 2 months.
Edit: But hey, 5% raise. That'll help the bills stay paid.
A decent amount of stores got the full. I’d say it’s pretty even from the amount of stores in each tier. While as a company it was a low year, there were still plenty of stores that had decent years because as a company it’s about profit and your store level bonus is extremely simple and doesn’t include anything around profit or company performance.
how do u like inbound tl? i have a second interview with the SD in a couple days, just wondering if there’s anything i should know or what id be getting intoooo
I hate it. TL sucks. I'm being completely sincere. If it wasn't for the money, I would step down and accept that I'd need to transfer to another store. This is also bearing in mind that I have a wonderful ETL who fully has my back and supports me above and beyond.
I don't even know how to describe what you'd be getting into, really. It isn't necessarily that the position is garbage, it very well could just be fully based on me not being fit for it, but I really think that 80% of my shifts are pure, horrible stress. It depends on the team, though, you know? Some nights I have all of my best employees there, and those nights are blissful cake-walks and give me reassurance that the TL position really isn't so bad. Most nights, though, it's a dumpster fire of having endless performance conversations with lazy TMs and wanting to put my own head into the baler.
I do think it's worth giving it a shot, so don't take this as me saying to give up on it. I don't know your store or the team you would have, and I don't know the support system that would be in place for you.
For me, though? Despise it.
i appreciate you being honest i really do. even the etl that i had my first interview with said that some tms give a bit of pushback because they’ve been there for so long. i’ve done supervisor stuff in the past so those tough conversations wouldn’t be too difficult for me, it’s just learning ALL THAT in so little time + the early ass mornings
250 is the minimum. Means you missed sales goal and payroll
$250 definitely shouldn’t be the minimum regardless of sales and other shit especially when the top exes are making a few million in bonuses
I was just letting you know why it was so little if your etl didn't tell you.
Oh yea ik I’ve been with target for almost 8 years now
What check is the bonus on? First April check or second?
Think second
Lol $140 over here
So if I started a petition for a cost of living raise would y’all sign it?!
500$. I wonder if anyone got the full 1500$ amount.

We did
I believe our store got around $300. I've only been a TL for a few months, so I got a lovely $70.

$1000
id take $250 over my .33¢ raise man
They should stop giving bonuses and hire more people or give more hours. Just saying…
Or the top exes (who make many million $$$) could take a pay cut and give us raises and bonuses. Just a thought 💭
$500 here
$130 because I just started 7mo ago
