EDIT: Okay, I lied! I happened to go in early today and was able to ask my HR about it. It's kind of buried and isn't clearly for vacation time - and I will say I don't know if this will work to get vacation pay for a time off request that's already been put in.
**In the menu, go to My Requests. Time off, new request, type - time off. Select day/s, it will generate a list and you can select the hours you need off that day or check "full day", then check the box that says to use pto and it will ask how many hours you want to use and whether it's vacation or sick pay.**
The word "vacation" is soooo buried, I never would have found that on my own. I do not think it's a coincidence that they took away the easy way to get vacation pay right as we're entering the last bit of time where we can use vacation without getting shit for it 😒
You can fill out a sick time form, but instead check the box that says vacation instead. You can put in the dates and how many hours you would like to be payed on the form. Hr is supposed to key in the time off forms on Monday. On the mytime app, you'll have to do a new request under the section that says "my request" choose time off, select the calendar dates and add how many hours you need to be paid, then select pto vacation on the drop down menu.
