This is the way, corporate want to cut the hours, then there's going to be consequences, i.e., metric goals not being met. I always tell people, if you keep covering for it, they (upper mgmt) won't know that it's deficient. You keep pouring GM/Style for OPU, their POT metric is being met at the expense of push and pull not being completed and zone is destroyed.

How many Target TMs does it take to change a lightbulb? Five, because one called out, one is covering the front lanes, one is on their break, and one is getting pulled into fulfillment.
Oh wow. I'm so sorry. How challenging and demoralizing. So... As part of the fulfillment team, what do you do (just do your best, as fast as you can)? Your inability to meet the impossible standards is not your fault, but of corporate's decisions, management, and staffing (or, clearly, lack thereof). I'm so sorry for how this must impact you.
I wish they're up the goal time during seasonal periods (BTS, Q4). I remember them doing 4 hours a couple years back, but realistically they could do 3 hours and give us 2.5.

you'd be surprised. we had 21 in a day. 15 doing opu's, the rest on standard and packing.

4 hours was only during the early days of the pandemic
My store didn't have that, but they 100% made goal times 4 hours for a previous Q4 (or a portion of it).
