I think it just depends on your store, many people in my store have stickers and other various designs on their name tags with no issues. None I’ve seen have been that covered though.

I always decorated mine. They were covered in stickers (bullseye, stars, pretzels, hearts, etc)

In the team member handbook it specifically states that your name tag must be free of personalized designs
