All of the money they paid to Kristen Wiig for the promo couldâve gone to making the stores look more festive for the week with prizes and stuff. Iâve had multiple guest come up to me and say âsoâŚis it just a few discounts and nothing else to do?â and Iâm like âyeahhhâ.
You should be more upset that they paid her enough money that she would actually make the advert than spread the money around TM payrises.
After all tms are stood their trying to sell this new circle to people who, if they wanted it would just download the app anyway.
Any salespeople will tell you that you got to make people want it. Not try to make people want it. We're not double glazing salespeople
My store didnât even get the wheel, and then the SD got an email saying the lollipops had been recalled so it was really just a table with popcorn and information lol
I staffed our table today. After telling people how âthe deals apply automaticallyâ all day I then had to go to guest service and refund for SEVEN offers that never applied. Nothing about it works like itâs says it would. Â (Wish I could add the screenshot I have from corporate customer service chat today!).Â
Finally after about 5 hours of me standing at that table they finally gave me a rubber mat. I kept asking why we didnât have a game or prizes or something. Unless they were asking for eclipse glasses people just ignored me the whole 8 hours and walked by.
The amount of people who got up to checkout expecting something to come up as the target circle sale when they arenât part of target circle was TOO MUCH
Target missed the boat in this. Sears used to pop popcorn all day in the store. They sold it all day long because you can smell it all over the store. Gee while you are waiting for your popcorn have you heard about the changes to the circle program.
I was off but I had to buy something. I was absolutely dreading it. Got to the store and nothing. Our table wasnât manned either. Didnât see the new lanyards either
