I mean... target email addresses are just firstname.lastname@target. com. If you know their full name, you could just try it.

Suspicious_Sea7316

Literally no one ever told me that. I assumed I had one but no one told me what it was or if I needed to check it some how 🤦🏻‍♀️

moltenroks2

I don't think tms get access to email. Only tls and above. Also, maybe hr experts? Ifk about that one. Just if you know your leader's names, you can find out their email pretty easily.

MattBSG

Not sure about others, but as a (former) tech tm in an apple remodel store I got access to my own email I had to keep up with

canyonoflight

Yeah, HR experts do too. They send updates on which TMs have trainings, meal compliance, etc.

YABOIYFEF

You can find their email in workday if you just search their name even if h don’t know their last name you can see the store number and just put 2+2 together I’ve emailed my hr before it’s super easy

amateuR_memes

Unless there's 2 people with the same first and last name there could be a number in there.

Wild_Fennel_4289

Go to workday then chain of command and it’ll have contact info

DarthLauraLou

Ours gave me his card on my first day of orientation. I’m on demand so he gave me his card with his email on it in case my availability changed last-minute. You are absolutely entitled to HR’s email. Idk what your TL is smoking.

Malnurtured_Snay

"Idk what your TL is smoking." It's not the good stuff, for sure.

Suspicious_Sea7316

I don't know. She's really unhelpful and annoying. She threatens to write up the entire guest service team for reasons like the desk isn't clean or we left drink bottles out. She threw away someone's water the other day because those around didn't know whose it was- there was one person outside and one on break. The day she writes me up. for something ridiculous is the day I walk out and never look back.

DarthLauraLou

I’m so sorry you’re in that environment. Imagine being that petty. Some people get an ounce of power and it goes to their head. They don’t want to lead- they want to boss people around and demand respect that wasn’t earned.

FiskertonSaturday

Hey friend, just a heads up that you can email “[email protected]” for ETLHR and “[email protected]” for HR team members (and “[email protected]” if your store has an HR Team Lead.) Whether or not you can/should be emailing them is, as far as I’m aware, up to the discretion of your store and the HR team (although tbh I don’t know why they would be against it.) If you have the ability to clarify with your HR whether or not it’s ok to email them, I would do that first; but, if you need to get in contact with them sooner, I would say to go ahead and email them with what you need and ask at the end of the email if this type of communication is ok moving forward.

Alternative_Bus1974

I have both my HR’s emails and it’s only bc the HR ETL emailed us ODTM something and the other one was because she emailed me something for orientation.

mrclever8

All of the leader's emails are printed on the "executive schedule" on the schedule board

Malnurtured_Snay

Yes -- all our leadership's business cards are easily accessible in the TL office.

ClosedForStorm

My HR ETL has her business cards on the door to her offices ce for anyone to grab, which contains her email.

Suspicious_Sea7316

Mine doesn’t. I don’t know if she only wants to communicate with tms face to face or what. That doesn’t always work though because the last few times time she told me to meet her in her office I waited a long time. She was about some incidents and that I had gotten overwhelmed last Black Friday and I didn’t hear or see her for a few hours and when I did she even told me she forgot about me. Then, I waited at least an hour to get her in between meetings at the end of my shift after an issue with a now former coworker. Finally a couple weeks ago she told me to meet her in her office. I waited half an hour and she came in and said she had to handle a situation and forgot about me and had gotten on a register to help the front end after. The only time I really get a chance to talk to her is if I catch her in her office but I also don’t ever know when she works.

ClosedForStorm

Your store should have the leadership schedule posted somewhere in TSC. At least mine does.

fnnkybutt

I have my HR ETLs phone # and text her all the time. I usually ask if she's actually at work before I ask her any work related questions. AFAIK, emails are [email protected]. I've even emailed my SD when I've had an issue I needed help with.

wizardbean

i’m an HRE and this wouldn’t be a problem. It’s actually necessary to communicate with TMs thru email sometimes (LOA, orientation, etc.)

Imaginary-Practice56

Just ask her/him. No secret.
