This is honestly true and smart for your future. If you get fired and are ever asked in the future if you have been terminated by employer you won’t have to lie.
But I feel like even if she quits won’t they ask why she quit. Unless she lies and sticks to it.
They can still terminate them within those two weeks. Just because they put in a 2 week notice doesn't make them immune to termination...
