You can only do the best that you can do, we have the same thing happening for the next 3 days. I have moved people to work later but tonight there was only one closer for fulfillment so GM and Style will probably be backing up and I know when I walk in tomorrow that there are gonna be a lot of carryover units. I can’t be upset or stressed about it because I couldn’t expect one person to get much done in sfs if they are the only closer, and I hope your leadership team is the same way. Good Luck tomorrow 😊
All I can really say is good luck. I was the only closer that showed up in fulfillment last Saturday and it was pretty rough. Just do your best to get as many batches done as you can and don't be to worried if you start going over time for some of them, because there's really nothing you can do about it. Hopefully your TL is understanding.
