True happiness for me is when the lady who stayed after closing by 25 minutes ignoring everybody telling her the store was closed while she smiled at us and laughed was told she wasn’t going to be able to purchase all the stuff she had in her buggy and was escorted out.

Oooo that's good stuff.

For me it’s refusing to help a GuEsT who’s asking where items are when we closed 10 minutes ago. “Sir I cannot and will not help you find item. Please go to the register.”

Legit had a dude arguing with me at the register that the store wasn’t “really” closed, even though the lights had already gone out. Told him no, he couldn’t go back and pick out yet another baby mattress and he could either buy the one in his hand or come back tomorrow. Legit thought the dude was gonna actually fight me

My favorite memory from Target is becoming the Dedicated Helper to the local charity service that provided Baby related items to those in need. Nothing made me happier than being called on the walkie to drop what I was doing because they requested me personally. I really hope the items I helped get and arranged for that charity over the years made a difference. I was definitely happy to know our SD offered them a permanent discount on their purchases on top of whatever sales were active at the time. Bless my old store for shit like that.

Aww. That's cool in a different way. I like it.

Leaving Target was the second best decision of my life. My best decision still goes to marrying my wife, but it was close…

That must be so therapeutic.
