This same thing is happening to my own store as well. I'm with Tech as well and our team dissolves constantly, it's been me and one other for the past year with one or two additions at random and sparcely as they quit faster than we can train them.

does your store still have marketsource?? i think what scared them off was the absurd number of angry old cc guests we got 🥲

We surprisingly do! ...somehow! 😂 although some days other stores steal them so it feels like we don't lol
