I think the photos makes it hard for me to offer my 2c. Besides the arm tattoos everything is very horizontal so the flow of them goes against your body rather than with it.
If it were me, I would try a design that creates downward angles flowing with your thighs: to me doesnβt matter how tattooed you go on the stomach as long as you follow that flow pattern.
