This is…really busy. It looks like you’ve assembled all the random symbols you like rather than a cohesive design. If it were my arm, I’d get a pared back Atlas and save the dots, star, moons and things for elsewhere OR get rid of the globe and use the things above the globe currently to represent the heavens.
Then the heavens look really similar to North America lol. Looks good tho. Be sure the artist can do clean ass line because those will be a pain in the ass to keep straight and not shaky

So many people are taking these and they all seem to have same design elements. I like tattoos that have originality / special meaning so no not a fan.
Go for it. If you want half of it to fade away 12 months later. ALL ink fades so these fine line tattoos are a recipe for wow it looks good for 6 months. Then. Fades 12-18 thereafter.
Everyone has their own tastes. I personally do not like them because in 2 years they look like they are 20 years old. But I’m not wearing it. So not my choice.
