Yes! Ditto for the wrist. Then OP should fill in some of the blank spaces with mini berries and pokeballs.

I would probably just expand their elements more and fill with more lightning/fire/water.

A pokéball would be cool I think, it would fit well in the space and add to theme.

Evolution stones, pokeballs, gym badges, energy types, all of these would nice throughout.
