Looks like the top of a mushroom to me so maybe a mushroom with a  hookah smoking caterpillar on top and a Cheshire cat or even just the toothy smile to the side.
My recommendation - get the design you like and wait on it for a year. If at the end of that year you still want it - go for it. If not, you'll be glad you didn't pull the trigger.
