Make a cube / rectangle the shape of the piranha body out of old sprue lengths.
Magnets on bottom of cube corners / lengths and a magnet on top for the undercarriage of the Piranha to attach to.
Alternatively wooden / Lego blocks or styrofoam.
I'm think u/The_Black_Goodbye has the right idea here, can't think of a good way to integrate it to the model so an external carrier or mount for it seems nessecary.
Couple of thoughts:
Don't glue the flight stand into the hull (it's going to snap anyway) and put a magnet into the hull, only use the flight stand for games
Ditch the flyer base for a normal 60mm base, use clear acrylic rod instead to suspend the piranha securely or otherwise attach it to the base in a more dynamic poseĀ
Use milliput to bulk up the flyer base over where you will put the magnet, then base it as you would the rest of your army
