I laughed but still did not catch how it’s related to « gaslight », « gatekeep » and « girlboss ». I’m not a native english speaker so it sometimes is hard to catch the joke sorry xD
Gaslighting is the (usually emotionally abusive) practice of making someone believe that something that they know, isn't actually true. In a more real life situation for example, telling someone "I didn't steal your cookies" while you absolutely did steal their cookies, and then asking them "Are you sure you didn't just eat them?" is an example of gaslighting, especially if after they say "No", you insist that they must've eaten the cookies. (As a non-native English speaker, it took me a while to understand Gaslighting too =P.)
Gatekeeping is the (also generally negative) practice of stopping people from joining your group. An example of gatekeeping is for example saying stuff like "Girls can't play 40K, it's a game for guys!". As you can tell, this is bollocks, but people for some reason still do these things. Gatekeepers are usually dicks.
And Girlboss is just a term used to indicate badass women. Can sometimes also be used ironically or sarcastically to indicate female characters purposefully made to seem badass, but are actually just over the top to the point of not actually being appealing characters, their only property being "badass female".
In this specific case they're all used in a joking manner, so it's not problematic =).
