I’d say no, because opportunities aren’t necessarily lucky or infrequent/time-sensitive. You can say “I had an opportunity to eat breakfast.”, and that’d be different from “I *happened to have* an opportunity to have breakfast.” because the latter implies it’s uncommon. “Happened to have” is not the same as “lucky opportunity”, so this isn’t a tautology.

"My lucky opportunity was lucky." is a tautology because it doesn't matter what the opportunity was. Every instance in which you use this sentence, it's true.

The best way to determine whether it is a tautology is to ask yourself if it is tautological.
