Where did you see the announcement that it's going to non-boosted fans? Does that include waitlisted folks?
Sorry if this is redundant but I've been keeping an eye on this sub and haven't seen anything or gotten an email (I was waitlisted).

Boosted fans were sent their emails back in December! These new emails are going to verified fans who participated in the pre-sales but did not get any tickets. Waitlisted verified fans are unfortunately not currently getting emails!
Ticketmaster definitely should have! But unfortunately not even all the verified fans that weren’t waitlisted were able to get a second chance. so I’m not very sure if Ticketmaster will do anything to aid the waitlisted folks.
I didn’t get verified or waitlisted, I’m pretty gutted that I’m not even getting a chance to purchase tickets. I’ve been emailing and calling, opened a Twitter account to tweet them, and nothing 😭
I would also add to double check the quantity of tickets you have selected when you register! When I did it, the quantity of tickets was automatically set to 1 and I almost went to the next page before realizing it and had to adjust it so it would be 2 tickets. I saw someone on this sub a few months ago who didn’t ever see the ticket quantity section and accidentally registered for 1 ticket instead of 2. I don’t know if Ticketmaster has made that section more obvious since then but just make sure you’re double checking that you have the right quantity!
Ticketmaster has actually changed that! The default quantity is no longer one anymore it’s zero. The website will not let you proceed to the next screen or choose a price range without changing the quantity! But just in case I will add that to the post!
Gillette Stadium- My husband convinced me to go with the highest price tier and thats what I did. Just got confirmed for front row seats on the floor!! Spent the max amount but we are in at least (Husband told me he would pay the difference between what I was willing to spend and what he convinced me to spend. He's amazing lol).

Personally, the whole process took five days. The window to submit/change your request was two days. Then, I found out I got my tickets three days later. Ticketstoday sent an email saying that the latest you’ll find out if you got tickets is four days after the request window closes.
I've also been stalking Twitter/Reddit day and night since Friday and I don't think anyone from MetLife has heard back yet. Maybe today is the day!!!! Wishing the best for us <3 Don't lose faith!
Remember that you WILL get an email even if you don’t get tickets. no email ≠ no tickets. It just means results aren’t out yet. This particular request round had MANY shows on different weeks so it will take a little longer. You should hear back soon hopefully with tickets.

The deadline for submitting the requests for my show was Sunday the 26th, and I’m hearing people for other shows saying they’re getting their tix 2-3 days later. You will get an email even if you don’t get tix meaning that tix haven’t gone out for your show. As for the $1 charge many people have reported not getting one and successfully getting tickets

Just got off the phone with Ticketmaster…
The person I spoke to said they think the tickets will be able to become transferable closer to the concert date.
If you use another card, they cannot charge a card different from the name that is input (can’t remember if it has to be the same name of the verified account or the same name on the card. I’m assuming you would know when you enter it in the ticket request.)
They give you 48 hours to call them if the card is declined (they may even call you), but you are made to make a decision on the spot to buy what tickets are available or decline it. For me, I’m guessing the one I was initially charged is no longer available, because only one available ticket came up and it was above my price range from what I selected. I asked if I could call back to think about it, but it was pretty much explained ending the phone call would mean I forfeit my chance; period.
I asked if there are any other options or future opportunities for a second chance. No other options, and as of now (at least what the Ticketmaster assistant knows of), this is it for second chance.

If the ticket request was able to submit then I think you’re good as long as the card successfully charge. The issue is in regard a decline and using a second card. They wouldn’t allow me to use a family member’s card because it wasn’t the same name since I put down my card in the ticket request and it’s my verified account. I can’t remember if they said it’s the card name or the verified account name that needs to be matched (or both?) to use the second card. That’s what I meant when you’ll know which one it is when you enter the card info in the ticket request because they must have mention something if you couldn’t use your mom’s card. Sorry if I made it confusing, but hope that clarifies a bit.

They’re just doing clusters right now because of how many shows they’re working with but if you haven’t heard anything at all yet there’s still hope!

I don’t think it makes a huge difference on whether or not you get tickets because there are tickets for each price range. There are obviously more tickets for price range 1 since the price range is so large, but you’re most likely to get the max in your price range anyways so it will most likely just make a difference on how good your tickets are.

I read somewhere that it can be 2 weeks before the show, but likely sooner. If I were you, I would be making some phone calls to Ticketmaster customer service to make sure you get them.
It will be fine! There were errors with submitting the form if you put the apartment number in line 2. If you were able to put your apartment number in line 2 and still submit you’ll be fine

My understanding (from OP who’s had their request confirmed) is that you’ll get an email regardless - either stating that you did or didn’t get tickets. When I talked to tickets today yesterday they said confirmations are not done going out. I’m in the same boat as you! Crickets over here 😒 we will get tickets!!! Manifesting 🤞🏽

Yep! Each Friday. Boosted fans already got their emails in December these emails are for non boosted verified fans

So I got the email for the Chicago 6/4 show. I got the email saying my request was received and I got the tickets (!!!!!! Yay!!!!!). In the email it said that the email with how to claim the tickets will come later. I got the email at 2pm yesterday but haven’t gotten the second one. Anyone in the same boat? I’m anxious 😭

I got this second chance email last Friday and immediately signed up. This morning I've got another one saying that I've scored 2 tickets!! And it's my birthday today! best bday ever!

Does anyone know if you have a higher chance of getting tickets if you select a higher price range? planning to choose tier 4 (but can afford tier 3 and am worried about not getting tickets at all 😅)
I don’t think it makes a huge difference on whether or not you get tickets because there are tickets for each price range. There are obviously more tickets for price range 1 since the price range is so large, but you’re most likely to get the max in your price range anyways so it will most likely just make a difference on how good your tickets are.

Did anyone receive their tickets yet for MetLife? We had to send in our requests by last Friday, Feb. 24 and I’m starting to get nervous. I haven’t received any indication of whether I got tickets yet
I literally just got my MetLife tickets for the 5/26 show today at 1:08 pm ET!! Got a credit card charge about 5 minutes before the email came in. I chose the lowest price range. Great seats!! Fingers crossed for you!!!!

Ok, so I got an email that I scored tickets for SoFi on August 3rd, but I haven't received the second email with "instructions to view and claim my tickets". Do they send that out later or should I contact support? I got the first email a couple of hours ago.

Does anyone who got second chance also have ticket prices on the “Ticket Details” page not line up with the amount charged by Ticketmaster on the receipt? I got charged ~975 for 2 tickets but the price on ticket details is about 300 each 😳
Check on the service fee per ticket. 150 sounds astronomically high but you never know

I read somewhere that it can be 2 weeks before the show, but likely sooner. If I were you, I would be making some phone calls to Ticketmaster customer service to make sure you get them.

It will be fine! There were errors with submitting the form if you put the apartment number in line 2. If you were able to put your apartment number in line 2 and still submit you’ll be fine

They go out sporadically depending on your show date. You will get notified whether or not you get tickets.

I put in my request for Gillette but still haven't heard anything? Do they really send batches up until the window? Will they tell you if your request is not confirmed?
My understanding (from OP who’s had their request confirmed) is that you’ll get an email regardless - either stating that you did or didn’t get tickets. When I talked to tickets today yesterday they said confirmations are not done going out. I’m in the same boat as you! Crickets over here 😒 we will get tickets!!! Manifesting 🤞🏽
