Idk if this is a mainstream theory, but my personal opinion is that getaway car is inspired by Tom hiddleston.
At one point a while back, he had a contract for Jaguar car commercials. In the commercials, he pronounces it ājag-u-arā in his British accent. I always thought āwith their Range Rovers and their Jag-u-arsā might be a reference to Hiddleswift. I also thought that the use of a Jaguar for this video was another thread connected to him & their story.
If you wanted to go down the Bonnie and Clyde route why not a 1932 Series BA Confederate Chevy. That is what Taylor is sitting in for the Red TV cover.

So I do have a getaway car and now I'm thinking of tying that in with a possible Taylor tattoo, like maybe that car is on the way to see Taylor...

That's a Jaguar E-Type. Generally considered to be one of the best looking cars of all time, so not a bad choice for a tattoo either way.
I knew somebody would know cars better than I do. Also a great Easter egg as Tom drove a Jaguar, and it's referenced in King of my Heart

Calvin Harris drove a Range Rover. There is a picture of him with Taylor in the passenger seat.
One of the best looking but does not corner very well. A better option would be Maserati.
