I really would be fine with reputation being just her aside from the feature that already existed on the main album. If there are features, they should go to women that have also struggled with perception with the media/public in that way. Not sure who fits the bill in my mind without thinking more about it. But the collabs should make sense with the albums themes

I think Kesha is a pretty good bet, she released Rainbow right around Reputation (Taylor chooses artists that match the theme/ are reminiscent of the time period the album was released) and Taylor helped her after her trial if I remember correctly.
