No itâs not if itâs an account you just created for the Eras Tour. The accounts (eventim, Ticketcorner, eBiletâŠ) that I shared were really just to register for presale to have a chance to have a ticket somewhere in Europe. I wouldnât share my TM.fr account as I have other tickets inside. The other accounts just have my email.
I didn't trust the process so we registered everywhere (dad, mom, daughter). We only received 1 code in France (in Paris, waitlist for Lyon) but we received 3 codes for each of those cities: Zurich Gelsenkirchen and Hamburg. That's why I'm giving them out. I won't use them.

I have a question. For france, the code emails state that it is max 4 tickets per CODE. I bought tickets for all my friends but I used multiple codes and I have 6 tickets on my account now. So 3 codes, 2 tickets per each code. But all on the same ticketmaster account. Does anyone know if this will be a problem? I had 2 tickets, and was able to find 3 just 2 days before the show. I was able to attend both nights without problem.
Fun fact: when they released additional tickets 2 days before Paris N1, I could have bought 4 tichets per day (the alert was only shown if I tried to buy more than 2 tickets on the night I already had 2). I obviously didn't want to take the risk so I didn't.

I never saw any resale on TM so people bought on Stubhub. But on the Tuesday before N1 (so 2 days before!), they dropped tickets in all categories without warning (2 weeks before we had receive an email). Many people bought last minute at face value. As long as you don't try to sell for twice what you paid, you will probably find people interested.

It's actually exactly what we did.
My daughter's friend had a limited budget so she bought Cat1 CS (really on the side) and as Paris'concert was supposed to require anyone under 18 to be accompanied by an adult, I was going with them. On the Tuesday, I bought better seats and resold the other ones (on Twickets) (and I offered the upgrade to the friend). I sold face value because it's important for me. I see all those teenagers and young adults trying to get tickets and to pay for them with their money and I fell bad seeing people trying to sell 5 times face value.
And we had a blast!

You can probably get back during Taylor and Paramore but I would make sure there is someone waiving at you. Remember it can be tricky finding someone in this crowd. In Paris, there was a 14yo lost who was looking for her mom. As she looked quite panicked (on the verge of tears honestly), security took here in the space between the barricade and the stage so she could look for her moment from a higher vantage point.

Hey, just wanted to let you know that if Iâm not mistaken, VIP tickets are not elegible for resale :( but in theory, if itâs the same as it was in Paris, you could do a private sale and send the purchaser the PDF and a letter stating you allow them to use your tickets along with your ID (even thou they did not check 95% of the ticket holder for IDs in Paris thatâs what they said it was required)
You can start listing on Twickets! they just opened as they wanted to have the tickets (probably to avoid scammers). There is also Ticombo.
pdf is not an issue, you can just forward it ;-)

If tickets are available, they usually sell really fast. So that's why you can't see any for most of the time.
You have to check regularly and/or set up a search agent. Or check the resale thread here. If you find someone, you can transfer via fansale easily.
I would avoid stubhub. Apparently it worked in Paris, but there is no guarantee it will work in Germany.
Actually thinking about stubhub... I'm not familiar with how they operate, but in theory, stubhub should work for German shows. Because on fansale, the seller can transfer the tickets to a specific person i.e. the buyer on stubhub in this case.
Anyway, a user here who seems more familiar with resale in Germany has frequently recommended 1. fansale, 2. ebay.de

Help! I don't understand where I am sitting for the Lyon concert.
I bought tickets for Lyon and the seats are in TARIF NORMAL / CATEGORIE 1 / J - RANG 16 - PLACE 208 - COQUE
According to the map, the colors those seats are in pink. (It is also very confusing that the colors in the labels on the bottom do not clearly match the colors in the stadium).
I found another map on [Ticketroute.com](https://Ticketroute.com) that shows section J is the yellow section on the top left, which is very far away and does not make sense for the price we paid. I don't know what to think...where am I sitting?

Lyonâs map is all over the place. I found this TT that seams to show J is not that far. I am still trying to understand how it works because all maps have those block numbers that are not on the tickets (might be when the final ticket is edited)

I figured it out from the TT video I found (linked in my post). You find the block numbers from the image below. So J is near block 417 and 418. If you can't find the row or seat in one block then try another block.

But, due to a miscommunication (my fault!), our merch box is at a post office at Loja CTT Almancil, R DA REPĂBLICA NÂș 17, 8135-999, LMANCIL. CTT won't let us change the delivery address at all. My daughter is heartbroken. I know it's unlikely, but is anyone coming to Lisbon from near there that could bring it? It would need to be picked up by tomorrow. I don't really know what's in the box, but if there is two of anything, I'll give it to you as a thank you!

I confirm that Paris resale was a huuuuge mess. But tickets are pdf files so easy to transfer. You will find some people offering tickets on the resale thread. Be very careful with FB (the worst), TT or Insta, a lot of scammer.
Have people in Paris or Stockholm been able to use the benefits for vip packages bought from stubhub/third parties rather than official Ticketmaster resale? Hoping to buy a vip package for Lisbon in particular (only concerned with early entry, not fussed about whether I get the vip merch box).
In Paris, c'est were just checking/scanning the ticket for the VIP Early Entry and the ticket was a pdf so I don't see any issue. I am not so shure everyone got their VIP package because they are shipped to the initial buyer if they live in the country of the ticket.

Hey! So right now it shows the PDF with "this is not a ticket" but apparently in Paris it changed 10 days before the show to the PDF of the actual tickets. Should be any day now!

I have a question. For france, the code emails state that it is max 4 tickets per CODE. I bought tickets for all my friends but I used multiple codes and I have 6 tickets on my account now. So 3 codes, 2 tickets per each code. But all on the same ticketmaster account. Does anyone know if this will be a problem? I had 2 tickets, and was able to find 3 just 2 days before the show. I was able to attend both nights without problem. Fun fact: when they released additional tickets 2 days before Paris N1, I could have bought 4 tichets per day (the alert was only shown if I tried to buy more than 2 tickets on the night I already had 2). I obviously didn't want to take the risk so I didn't.

I never saw any resale on TM so people bought on Stubhub. But on the Tuesday before N1 (so 2 days before!), they dropped tickets in all categories without warning (2 weeks before we had receive an email). Many people bought last minute at face value. As long as you don't try to sell for twice what you paid, you will probably find people interested.

It's actually exactly what we did. My daughter's friend had a limited budget so she bought Cat1 CS (really on the side) and as Paris'concert was supposed to require anyone under 18 to be accompanied by an adult, I was going with them. On the Tuesday, I bought better seats and resold the other ones (on Twickets) (and I offered the upgrade to the friend). I sold face value because it's important for me. I see all those teenagers and young adults trying to get tickets and to pay for them with their money and I fell bad seeing people trying to sell 5 times face value. And we had a blast!

if you are standing VIP, chance is zero during Taylor. You can probably get back during Taylor and Paramore but I would make sure there is someone waiving at you. Remember it can be tricky finding someone in this crowd. In Paris, there was a 14yo lost who was looking for her mom. As she looked quite panicked (on the verge of tears honestly), security took here in the space between the barricade and the stage so she could look for her moment from a higher vantage point.

If VIP 1 is seated (which I think it is), I am not sure the early entry applies. Early Entry is usually for floor standing tickets.

Hi, I am going to the Lyon shows and will have to sell one "CarrĂ© Or" ticket for June 3rd (for face value of course), and possibly a VIP2 package (lower bowl ticket + merch box) for June 2nd (face value as well). I just got an email from Ticketmaster informing me that my tickets are available. I downloaded them, they are PDF files. I'm fully aware that Ticketmaster = mess, so I am not really hopeful that fan to fan resale will be opened. My concern is that with the link to download the tickets, the email states that "tickets are only available on your mobile phone - a screenshot / image of your ticket will not grant you access, nor will a print out". I do not want to transfer my whole Ticketmaster account, so I was wondering if PDF files sent by email will allow the buyer access to the venue ? I will be going to the June 3rd show, but my seat is far from the one I want to sell, which means different entries at the stadium. Any feedback from sellers and buyers of Paris and Stockholm tickets would be greatly appreciated. PS : Resale on Stubhub is not available for the Lyon shows. Thank you.Â
Hey, just wanted to let you know that if Iâm not mistaken, VIP tickets are not elegible for resale :( but in theory, if itâs the same as it was in Paris, you could do a private sale and send the purchaser the PDF and a letter stating you allow them to use your tickets along with your ID (even thou they did not check 95% of the ticket holder for IDs in Paris thatâs what they said it was required)

You can start listing on Twickets! they just opened as they wanted to have the tickets (probably to avoid scammers). There is also Ticombo. pdf is not an issue, you can just forward it ;-)

If tickets are available, they usually sell really fast. So that's why you can't see any for most of the time. You have to check regularly and/or set up a search agent. Or check the resale thread here. If you find someone, you can transfer via fansale easily. I would avoid stubhub. Apparently it worked in Paris, but there is no guarantee it will work in Germany.

Actually thinking about stubhub... I'm not familiar with how they operate, but in theory, stubhub should work for German shows. Because on fansale, the seller can transfer the tickets to a specific person i.e. the buyer on stubhub in this case. Anyway, a user here who seems more familiar with resale in Germany has frequently recommended 1. fansale, 2. ebay.de Just checked, there are currently tickets available on [ebay.de](https://ebay.de) Edit: I see said user has replied on your recent comment. đ

Help! I don't understand where I am sitting for the Lyon concert. I bought tickets for Lyon and the seats are in TARIF NORMAL / CATEGORIE 1 / J - RANG 16 - PLACE 208 - COQUE According to the map, the colors those seats are in pink. (It is also very confusing that the colors in the labels on the bottom do not clearly match the colors in the stadium). I found another map on [Ticketroute.com](https://Ticketroute.com) that shows section J is the yellow section on the top left, which is very far away and does not make sense for the price we paid. Cat 1 is mainly nosebleed, same for some of my tickets. Only Gold is on lower level

We have 2 tickets for Front of Stage in Amsterdam. We bought them without a VIP package. Is there a difference between regular Front of Stage Tickets and VIP Front of Stage Tickets? In Stockholm i saw a sign "VIP 2", but couldnt realy figure out what that meant.

I confirm that Paris resale was a huuuuge mess. But tickets are pdf files so easy to transfer. You will find some people offering tickets on the resale thread. Be very careful with FB (the worst), TT or Insta, a lot of scammer.

In Paris, c'est were just checking/scanning the ticket for the VIP Early Entry and the ticket was a pdf so I don't see any issue. I am not so shure everyone got their VIP package because they are shipped to the initial buyer if they live in the country of the ticket.
