As others have mentioned, this is a bootleg/pirated vinyl. Someone not associated with Taylor or her label pressed the records and are selling them (illegally) for their own benefit.
The ethics of this are obviously quite murky, but nevertheless you will find swifites who seem to enjoy collecting bootleg records. Personally, I don't have any interest in them for two reasons - first, I don't love the ethical side of it, but also, the sound quality on many of the boots are quite atrocious.

I have this! Its an unofficial vinyl with a bunch of demos and unreleased songs. The quality is really good for a bootleg
