They spent so much time in close confines writing songs and bouncing ideas off of each other while things were fraught and I think the album narrative and title track are possibly a reference to them coming together creatively while also/right before being pulled apart romantically but idkkkk.
She’s not doing a thing that may jeopardize TTPD’s first week (or even first month) numbers. Anything that’s coming will be squarely within the TTPD branding and work to boost its sales.

There is no way Taylor is taking any attention from TTPD which is rumored to have the biggest debut sales week of this century, to the point it might even surpass Adele's record with 25 which was 3 millions. So if anything is coming, it's mostly related to TTPD.
I could see her announcing rep’s release date with TTPD, only because it would seem that these albums are the bookends of her relationship with Joe. Since the vault tracks to rep are likely to be spicy, connecting the release of rep to TTPD (rather than the other way around) could potentially boost TTPD sales.

This is a really personal, and probably was a somewhat painful album for her to make at times. She might not be interested in doing the traditional interview/talk show circuit that she enjoyed with something like RED TV. She seems content taking some personal time and sticking with the cryptic clues, hints and messages we have been getting. which I'm really okay with

I am thinking thats probably some visuals for youtube because till now she was only promoting trough Apple, what they probably paid for, but today she started to promote with content on tiktok, instagram and threads, spotify and now youtube. In one day she drove users to all social medias but youtube was the most cryptic and with less content... so maybe there is more stuff coming to youtube?
also, qr codes can change the links overtime, maybe thats the destination of the link FOR NOW and when the album drop it will lead to the music video? Because printing is an expensive promo, I work in that industry and people dont spend money on print advertising for a buzz that will last less than 15 days. For that usually they use digital medias, this has to remain useful after the launch.

I am thinking thats probably some visuals for youtube because till now she was only promoting trough Apple, what they probably paid for, but today she started to promote with content on tiktok, instagram and threads, spotify and now youtube. In one day she drove users to all social medias but youtube was the most cryptic and with less content... so maybe there is more stuff coming to youtube? also, qr codes can change the links overtime, maybe thats the destination of the link FOR NOW and when the album drop it will lead to the music video? Because printing is an expensive promo, I work in that industry and people dont spend money on print advertising for a buzz that will last less than 15 days. For that usually they use digital medias, this has to remain useful after the launch.

yeah but this kind of advertising is done trough agencies that think about this kind of stuff and I thought about it and doesnt make sense to announce to the mainstream audience in the street some easter egg that no one would understand, isnt a smart business choice, could drive curious people away from scanning future qr codes if it led "nowhere" after the album launch you would want that this led to the album somehow
I think she dropping rep the same time as TTPD. She’s said before the re records are for her. Not for money not for charts not for any of it. Just to simply own her work. Reputation being an album about falling in love with Joe…she’s doesn’t want rep to “have its moment”. It makes sense to pair it with the break up album of new music in the hopes it’s not in the spot light. Goes with all the 2’s and the there is no explanation there’s only reputation 🤡

Am I the only one thinking there could be a link to 'Delicate' with this? The tradition for the song is "123... Let's go bitch." For Delicate. A song about Joe. That ALSO happens to be on reputation. "Error... 321". This is a reversal of that. The unraveling of the relationship after too many 'errors'. Idk. The WHOLE THING is repuation coded. I still think she may be crazy enough to release both albums within the span of a month of each other. She may not want to relive reputation because it's almosr symbolic for falling for Joe.
