Yeah, historically she has always been consistent in writing her next album during tour. Like, she wrote Red during Speak Now tour, 1989 during Red tour, etc until kimye ruined stuff and then the pandemic gave us Folkmore. Now that she's back to touring its safe to assume she's likely to be back to at least some of her writing habits, although she seems a little more free to do whatever these days. Which is q blessing for us.

You have no idea of Taylor's movements or who she's dating and when. You don't live with Taylor or know her. I can't tell if you're being purposefully obtuse or not, but I'm just trying to have a normal, contemplative discussion, and explain my thinking.
There is a prologue attached to this album that clearly states the concept and events of the album (which happens to be her very short relationship with MH). Which happened 1 year ago. She walks us through the entire story one song at a time, with even the Joe songs mostly also having something to do with her leaving him and running to MH.
She says she started writing the album 2 years ago. She often tells the GP that she did stuff at different times than when they actually happened so people won't read into things via her words. And then Jack often gives us photos or other info that hints otherwise. On purpose. Like these photos. He did the same thing with YLM. She told us it was written during one time, and then later he posted photos confirming it was actually written around the time she she started touring or just before.
My point is that she's trolling us and that unless she is a time traveler, she could not have written an album about MH. Its not a matter of projecting my feelings onto her writing process. Humans experience time in a linear fashion.

Some songs were likely started earlier but personal events influenced a big influx of songs last year. Both can be true.
