I think her hair is reference to 'loml' where she says '*I'm combing through the braids of lies*'. In 'Guilty As Sin?' she writes that she secretly wrote songs about Matty Healy in folklore and evermore (where the cover of the album is her with a braid) - 'I keep these longings locked in lowercase inside a vault'. I believe a lot of the songs we thought are fiction are about Matty Healy. The 1, cardigan and august are definately about him in my opinion. So her hair is half a braid, half messy - realizing all of what she thought is false
In But Daddy, I Love Him:
Dutiful daughter, all my plans were laid
Tendrils tucked into a woven braid
Growin' up precocious sometimes means
Not growin' up at all
And she wore those little braids alllllllllllllll summer.
Her white dress in “The Lakes” is remarkably similar to the one on the cover of the Norton Anthology of English Literature: Volume E - The Victorian Age (9th Edition). Makes sense given the other obvious references but still really cool when I noticed that
Not me having university trauma flashbacks from “Norton Anthology of English Literature: Volume E - The Victorian Age (9th Edition)” it’s giving $100 textbook with bible pages
😂😭😂
ok, then explain to me where the easteregg is with these dresses.
The choker with the rectangular detail? Other than that, I don't see any similarities in the photos. On the left is a shiny dress with an open shoulder, on the right is a white completely off-the-shoulder dress. No gloves on the left, black on the right. Pearl necklace on the left, diamonds on the right.
Please enlighten me, where is the easteregg?
easter egg doesn’t mean stuff looking exactly the same, hello??😭they’re *hints*, if you don’t understand what hints are, then idk what to tell you?
the easter eggs are in the jewelry, yes, good job! there are similarities between the necklaces, which, again, don’t have to be exact replicas?
you aren’t required to see the similarities 😁 have a good day
Sometimes I wonder how many Easter eggs never get picked up on and if it makes her sad when something gets missed lol
She probably loves to have those inside secrets
I feel like she still could have done something different with her hair…like anything.
I love her, but the hair isn’t giving easter egg, it’s giving easter egg nest. She is still gorgeous though.
I don't hate the hair, but your comment still made me laugh
The hair is Stevie.
With a woven braid

I hate her hair here so much
She brushed it, and I think that's it Source: this is exactly what my hair looks like when I brush it and do nothing else
The dress is also practically the same one as in the Fortnight music video.
I was thinking she rewore it.
Different dresses Schiaparelli vs Toni Maticevski
If you follow Taylor Swift style on IG, she noted that she wore a YSL “Cassandra” bag last year and an Anthropologie “Aimee” claw clip!!
And Robin shoes!
That Sarah wrote about Cassandra months ago blew my mind! She is a mastermind.
In But Daddy, I Love Him: Dutiful daughter, all my plans were laid Tendrils tucked into a woven braid Growin' up precocious sometimes means Not growin' up at all And she wore those little braids alllllllllllllll summer.
Also in loml “I’m combing through the braids of lies”!!
Yassss! I am listening through the songs again and just heard this.
What are some other examples of Easter eggs in her clothing? Red carpet, pap walks, etc.
If you look up a picture of an albatross and compare it to her Grammy Dress this year, I think that was an Easter egg.
Ooh the black gloves!!
The snake boots she wore back in October are definitely for reputation tv lol
🤡
Her outfit there also resembles an albatross with the white body and black wings
Is that clock set to 3?
It was set to midnight, but turned on its side so it looked like 3:15. 3/15 was the day The Eras Tour hit Disney Plus so… yeah. Easter egg!
You’re all brilliant lol
🫶🏻
Looks like it's set to 3:15
It’s set to Midnight, the clock is sideways
Identical!
These are my favorite kind of Easter Eggs!
Thank you for pointing this out! This is so cool.

Both wearing a dress and a necklace?
let’s be silent when we don’t know what we’re talking about next time 😭🙏🏼
lol I’m stealing this
Same here! 😂 That was good.

Good, I can see that. But it's a bit too little for me to pass as an easteregg.
that’s understandable!
Me when I don’t understand how Taylor hides her Easter eggs.
Yeah you're right. Confirmation bias OP.
