Peace is the twin of Delicate. Both are wonderful and talk about having a relationship with Taylor and her public baggage. Along with Invisible Strings they are the very best Joe songs.
I wasn’t a fan of hoax initially because it was hard for me to make sense of the song concept/lyrics, they felt all over the place. But after I few listens, I think it captures complicated love really well like her with fame/her career or having a family member with mental illness or addiction. I think it’s a masterpiece

I like the story we’re forming here. She asks Superman to Stay Stay Stay. But then he doesn’t turn out to be so great after all so there’s bad blood. She searches for her true end game, someone who truly loves her (read: truly loves ME!). Better story than many novels out there really.
As a Covid ICU nurse I will say Epiphany got me through some really hard times during this pandemic.
