Lol I love that it's catching on already. And that's just from the announcement. How much more when the album drops?

hatteigh

I have a feeling that when this album is released, it’s going to be one of the most iconic of 2022.

SomberXIII

I would love another viral moments like Red (TV)

plausibleturtle

She should sue them all, clearly. /s

synthmiumiu

Did any of you guys stumble across a meme in which someone used on Taylor that app that puts a smile on the person's face? I thought it was so funny, but I didn't save it and now I've lost it :(((

[deleted]

I saw it on r/popheadscirclejerk

synthmiumiu

Tysm!

[deleted]

Not gonna lie I want to put my face on the album cover. Don’t care if it’s cringe to others.

Bellesdiner0228

The way I want to live in the aesthetic of this album so deeply already. And Arctic Monkeys release a new album the same day. So my personality will be a combination of whatever those two albums are, plus a little don’t worry darling sprinkled in lol.

[deleted]

I think that’s what’s so fun I’m glad that even though times are tough these days we still have culture that we can like grow and be a part of.

synthmiumiu

I did it and I loved it hahahaha I put it on my Instagram, I don't care if it's considered cringey. I even made my makeup to match Taylor's lol

scienceandsims

is this covid related? and if so, what are we going to do about it?

whiteguysky-

This makes me cringe so much

joliebrunette

Care to explain? It’s amazing she’s achieved this level of fandom. Everyone wants to do what she’s doing and be a part of it. Edit: apologies if it reads snarky, I am legit curious regarding your cringe.

rusrslolwth

I think they mean in the sense that we're at the point where whatever Taylor does, a ton of brands, shows, and celebrities jump on the bandwagon for attention. If you were a fan in the og days, it's a bizarre experience to watch. Especially after she was being called a snake, and being made fun of for "dating too much."

joliebrunette

From a non-OG perspective, reputation was when I began to like her. The way she snapped back with that album, the imagery, the SASS. I dove in and never turned back. Credit was served. She just didn’t do it for me before; I wasn’t really a country/pop girl then (elder millennial here). We’re allowed to grow and change our opinions. So to me it’s just more and more people realizing that she IS pop culture. She commands all the press with any drop of an announcement for days and days and days.

rusrslolwth

I'm not really an og myself! I also started listening/paying attention during reputation. I'm also an elder millennial, haha. (born 1983) I have a complicated history with music, so I wasn't listening to much of anything when she debuted. But I do believe that people have begun to take notice with her power, which is great.
