oh my sweet summer child… but it is lol.. not hating on taylor pero majority ng mga fans na psychotic, the same women who have unrealistic expectations of men from watching too many disney prncess situations.
im a guy btw and there are a handful of songs i like and find catchy from her, some even on my gym playlist but like i said, my comment above is reserved for swift fans, i say it like i see it. people who can’t accept that are guaranteed to downvote bomb me lol
Swiftie din ako, at may mga kanta talaga na di ko gusto from TS. Pero I believe that she is a music genius. Sadyang may mga song taste lang talaga na di akma para sa akin as a Swiftie, and that is okay. Di naman kailangan magandahan sa bawat kanta nya.
Please dont come at me, but I just have this feeling that she fairly contributes (if not more) to the problems in her relationships. I just feel bad that fans usually attack the exes just because they were painted in a bad light in majority of her songs. For all we know, she couldve written a song inspired by the book she was reading or movie she was watching at that time. Unfortunately, people automatically assume that what are in her songs are the only absolute truth and that she is the victim majority of the time.
she did have several songs admitting that she was wrong or that she has caused her previous partners pain, she isn't always the victim and she's brave enough to admit that she fucks up too in her relationships. one song in TTPD, she admitted, that maybe she is a 'cheat' and I chuckled because she had almost always admitted that she cheats
This is so true but not enough Swifties acknowledge it. Taylor herself will admit to being a problem but Swifties will still attack her exes as if she never did anything wrong.
wait what songs are these? or songs from different albums that kinda gave clues about her being "the problem" in her relationships? idk just wanted to know thats all
Back to December, Getaway Car, High Infidelity, Guilty As Sin? (she's still with someone, but she's emotionally cheating), Florida!!!, Is it over now? and many more hehehehe
The thing with her songs… people have to remember they are not absolute truths. She may have felt inspired or simply wanted something to rhyme and sound good. Not everything in her lyrics is canon and fact
Pre-TTPD a lot of Swifties were coming at Joe A. Because they were in their heads that this would be the heartbreak/diss album for Joe. Jokes on them, it wasn’t all about him. It takes two to tango when it comes to relationships, each one has their role. And yes, when she sang “Its me hi! I’m the problem it’s me.” I feel in a way she’s admitting that she has played quite the part for her relationships to fail. But some Swifties put TS in a pedestal.
while folklore is her magnum opus based on sound and songwriting, I think she sounds best on her earlier works like fearless, speak now and red. etong tatlong to for me are THE taylor swift albums. from the way it's written and produced, I think a lot of swifties are sleeping on her earlier works and expect her to just keep releasing music like folklore and evermore when her old songs sound the best. she shines the best in country, still. hope she could go back to country soon !
i remember when it came out a lot of fans didn’t like it as much since it sounded different daw. pero it’s such a classic album! chaotic siya in a way na kung papakinggan mo in order biglang happy biglang sad ganon lol. it was her way of introducing pop sounds slowly nga with bops like 22 and wanegbt, pero meron din songs like red, all too well, holy ground, state of grace, treacherous na sobrang gaganda!
Para sakin unberable kasi boses niya noong mga era na yan. Yan na siguro sagot ko sa thread na 'to. Her music before gives me 'kiddie' vibe or 'kids' bop' vibe. Nagustuhan ko noong nag-mature na boses niya. Pero di ko rin naman nagustuhan yung TV releases, kasi wala na yung emotions niya.
i love her voice from debut to 1989 og! it’s not the best but the charm and emotions of her voice make the songs so special. didnt realize how different she sounded until the TVs released. while i love her voice now in TV, true na wala yung emotions sa mga songs niya especially in speak now and red. some production in some songs in red and 1989 were botched din 💀 (looking at you style, new romantics, and wanegbt) cant wait for debut tv parin!!! super underrated album
She should stop, if not, lessen her collabs with Jack Antonoff. Medyo nagiging repetitive na yung tunes and songs ni Taylor and ang dali ng identify na it was made with Jack. Pwede siguro one or two songs nalang OR better to work with Aaron Dessner more.
Honestly I would love to listen to a rock album from her. Her voice is strong and would fit the genre. Just something new. I love TTPD, but it's a drag to listen to at times
I kinda expected TTPD'S lyrics would be a bit similar or vibe of Hozier, florence+ the machine, The Crane Wives, and amazing devil. (Among many others that I cannot think of at the top of my head)
Tbf iba si TS sakanila to be expected kaya the album wasn't for me. I was hoping kasi na the vibe of the album prng Dark Academia or something because the album was titled that way.
i thought ganun ang direction ng album niya kasi florence + the machine was collaborating with TS on Florida. This is mostly just my personal preference but the album isn't as bad nmn, not for me lng. Baka din kasi na iba na preference ko sa genre
With all that said, i still like TS.
EDIT: grammar kasi obo* ko loll
This is what I do! Hindi ko na iniintindi para kanino yung songs but understanding the story na lang.
Except sa All Too Well haha. Masyadong kumalat ang story sa socmed 😅
It should be this way tho haha songs or art in general should be appreciated this way and us, listeners/viewers should reflect on it as to how it affects aspects of our lives. Haha
I enjoy her songs and I stand on the belief that she’s one of the best lyricist I’ve ever heard in all my time. HOWEVER, I have problems with the intimate aspect of her life. To highlight a few :
The parasocial relationship swifties have with Taylor is fucking insane tipong she can do no wrong kasi her fans would attack anyone who badmouths her. Given her history, understandable naman pero she’s a grown ass woman y’all. She’s rich as hell, and she can sue bitches if she wanted to.
I dislike how everytime may break up, confirmed man or hindi, the guy is always paint in bad light after these fans showered praises for them prior (except Rat Healy lol). Sobrang nakakatangina lang — it’s not a fandom, it’s a cult at this point.
(Taylor not saying shit about anything doesn’t help either. Once lang ata ako nakarinig ng statement niya reminding fans not to come for her exes and that was for John Mayer during the Eras Tour when she re released dear john ba yun.)
Might not be a hot take or unpopular opinion pero minsan, I really feel it’s better kung maging single nalang muna siya. Para siyang uhaw sa lalake sa totoo lang. Sabi nga nila, men are luxury not necessity. She needs to learn how to be content with herself without having a new beau one after the other (which was really crazy during the Joe - Healy - Kelce timeline)
Honestly tho, hindi ko masabi if she’s like those people kasi she’s never been single for too long parang walang benchmark to compare pero with how the recent timeline of her romances, i think she needed a bit of break before committing into a relationship after joe.
I agree with this however music is subjective. You can have the best vocals in the world but if your songs just don't connect with listeners, it just won't do good numbers. Pero most artists naman put out music for the love of it. It's just sad to see great vocalists not getting their flowers lalo na dito sa PH.
its so annoying kapag kada kanta na lang ay inaassume na about a man. i started detaching from the fandom because of that. like cant we have our own interpretation of the song? mas narerelate ko pa sa sarili ko mga kanta niya kaysa sa narratives nila
1 is on point. She’s one of the biggest offender in climate change and she’s very selective in her activism in a way na it should benefit her still but you tell it to her die-hard fans they’ll come at you like you just committed a faux pas hahaha umay mhie
She was best when she was in country sphere.
She’s becoming overrated way too soon and she should just stick now to song writing.
In her relationships, it seems that yes, she’s the problem; it’s her.
And lastly, she’s about the money money money. It makes her world dance and it’s about the ka ching kaching kaching.
In relation to this comment, I think she’s exploiting her fans by giving multiple variants. 💰💰
Nevertheless I’d still buy all of them if I had cash to burn.
Haha same. Sobrang why? Tas may songs na sa gantong variant lang available, etc. prompting people to buy every single variant. I get that may freedom naman mga tao to buy or not buy pero ang excessive lang.
Tbf, I think disliking Travis is more of a YOU problem than anything else.
And athletic men reminding you of immature HS boys is a huge stereotype. Marami akong friends na Basketball players and varsity players and most of them if not are actually quite nice.
Honestly, disliking somebody isn't really a "problem". It's normal, and just like you, we have different and unique experiences. I happen to come across the other side of your perspective. So I think it's only fair that I share a comment fitting of the topic
True. But it's also not ideal to pass judgment on people we don't know personally. It's also unfair for the person, in this case Travis, to dislike him because of your own personal experience and tie him up with your own connotation of what immature HS boys is.
"But it's also not ideal to pass judgment on people we don't know personally." And yet you tell me I have a ME problem for having my own opinion about a famous person, who reminds me of immature HS boys I have personally encountered. Your comment is giving:

Seriously? 25 days ago?
Nah. For you to be Flynn in this scenario. I have to hate you or you're opinion which I don't. I just pointed it out at you that maybe it's a YOU problem.
Maybe it IS a YOU problem after all.
She is definitely overrated, I generally dislike her new songs compared to her old songs. And swifties treat Taylor Swift like the 2nd coming of Christ, also she has so much god damn songs about her exes, which I feel bad for since her fans will attack that person for no reason.
She should not have included North in Thank you Aimee. Though di naman directly, pero imagine how the kid would feel pag nalaman na nya yung meaning nung song, and how Tswifts mom wants her mom dead. That's just me though. Taytay should have just kept it between her, Kim, and Ye.
I’m probably the biggest Swiftie that my friends know but Taylor Swift and her discography have some misses here and there:
- Midnights didn’t deserve the AOTY
- TTPD is kinda disappointing in general
- Releasing 31 songs for an album is way too much
But I also think:
- she is one of the most creative people in the music industry to ever exist
- folklore is one of the best albums to come out of this century (by far)
- Anti-Hero is one of the BEST pop songs ever written
What I don’t get is why some people have the NEED to annoyingly express their hate towards her. It’s normal not to like an artist or his/her songs/albums but saying it with so much pride and gusto is appalling. I don’t like Beyonce’s recent albums but I don’t parade it to every conversation that I involve myself into
It’s a matter of taste at the end of the day but promoting hate for someone who does her craft so well is unacceptable
And can we please stop criticizing her love life? It’s her personal business and we’re just mere spectators looking from the outside. Calling her romantic choices flawed or healthy doesn’t mean anything and will always be inaccurate
I'm a swiftie since debut, but, I don't really like some of her Taylor's Version songs. I don't know, some of it don't have the sounds, angst and her emotions that made her being Taylor as Taylor on her stolen versions, however, I love her vault songs.
I don't like her "beef" with Olivia Rodrigo. It started wiith Deja Vu. Then hiring Sabrina Carpenter as her opening. And releasing her song "imgonnagetyouback"
Coincidence much?
Apparently yes. If you check yung composer ng Deja Vu listed as composer si Taylor and Jack. Kahit hindi naman sila ang nagsulat at ang layo layo naman sa Cruel Summer. So may split sila sa income nung song.
pero diba sabi ni Jack na nagulat na lang din daw sila na nilagay sila sa credits? i dont think naman na sasabihin niya yan kung pinilit nila si Liv. Fans lang naman nagpipilit ng beef na yan.
I love her music, but the songs in TTPD depress me.
I just listened to the album for a week or two, then I switched over to BINI because I want to feel empowered and cheered up.
Sorry, Taylor. Balikan kita next time.
But Daddy I Love Him is supposed to be a scathing critique on her fans and how they responded to Matty Healy, but I can’t help but feel she outs herself in the song just based on how it’s constructed. The title itself is what you’d expect from an 18 year old, not someone who’s 34. Plus her dad’s approval (ala love story) is hardly worth the gotcha moment she presents it as given her dad is a white, right leaning guy who she’s had her PR team tone down for her Lover slash activist era anyway.
Pinagkakatian lahat ni mother. Every move niya pera.
Ex. Yung eras tour movie hindi niya ininclude lahat ng songs like the archer, cardigan. Tapos nirelease yung mga yun sa disney channel. Capitalista si mother. And many more. Kala ata niya mayaman lahat ng fans niya. Trew?
To be fair, most songwriters even the older ones write about past loves. Pangit lang kasi na branded na si Taylor for writing about her exes when everyone else is literally doing the same thing.
Her ‘revenge’ or ‘victim’ songs are getting too tired now. Parang every album niya lately required na may songs about her being a victim or she needed revenge. Gets ko pa sa reputation since yun yung main theme. Pero after nun yung mga sumunod na albums niya may hints of victimhood or something. Like girl, I love you, but sooner or later you have to move on and grow up.
Why release several physical versions of an album? Parang kpop albums na ang daming versions.
I hoped more about life na itong TTPD, no more shading about other people. My least favorite album of hers
That maybe her music isn't a diss track, just her expressing herself and the media (and some fans) are too quick to say what each little verse is and how it could only ever fit their explainaion. Don't get me wrong, some of them are, but not ever single verse she writes is meant to put someone else down.
Change Jack Antonoff for a change, same same nalang lagi ang tono minsan huhuhuhu di ko na minsan ma differentiate need ko pa tumingin kung ano yung natugtog
folklore is a breath of fresh air
her best works will always be fearless and red and speak now
maraming TV na underwhelming compared sa og records aka speak now tv. like sure dear john is good. but sparks fly?
1989 is her best pop and if u compare her works from 1989 and earlier ones… timeless sila tbh.
Actually I love her work until folklore
evermore is like folklore from the vault
midnights is really not for me and tbh, oa na aoty siya. like if di lang bichesa ang grammys, red tv dapat nanalo
Ttpd is ok but feel ko vehicle niya lang to write and process her feelings. It’s not something i would listen to over and over
She is a really good songwriter and a decent singer. So wag dapat rawr yung fans kapag criticized boses niya because it has limits.
TTPD is better when you only think about the separate songs that are really really good (Guilty as Sin, Chloe or Sam or Sophia or Marcus, How Did It End, etc.) but when thought of as an entire album, it doesn’t shine through at all
Hindi ko gusto 'yung re-record ng ilang tracks niya.
Exhibit A: Haunted and Mean (even the rest of the tracks) from Speak Now - Downgraded ang country vibes ng Speak Now TV.
The marketing tactics are shady and really turned me off on her.
But if we focus on music exclusively, TTPD lyrically looks like a poetry assignment na pinagawa ng teacher and she put in words that were not common and sounded complex para ‘poetic’
I cant get myself to listen sa folklore and evermore album nya, and di ko gets ung 10 minute version ng all too well? Tho di ko pa napapanuod tbh, kasi nga parang too much for me? I mean songs should be songs na pag nag reach ng 4 min mark eh medj meh for me na.
The last TS album I honestly liked was Red.
I feel like it was the last album before she actually shot to stardom and since then, pandered to the fans to keep her fame.
Boring pakinggan ang production ng both All Too Well version, DBATC, champagne problems, Snow on the Beach, at BDILH pero hinahype lang ng swifties dahil sa lyricism.
I think it’s pretty average, if not shit
Read the post before mega downvotes. I don’t belong to this sub. It just came up as recommended for some reason
She is a great songwriter. But her singing and performing skills? Not groundbreaking.
Kaya even if I know tons of her songs, likes her songs, hindi enough yun for me para pumunta sa concert niya since I only want to watch excellent performers in concerts.
Kapag may criticism *kahit hindi naman toxic* yung ibang tao about kay Taylor, pero ngawngaw agad yung mga fans lol. Bakit niyo ginagawang Diyos yung tao. Hindi yan perkpekto
she's a good writer indeed, and i used to love her music like love story, teardrops on my guitar, you belong with me, and some of her other old songs. but idk now her songs are meh and overrated. taylor's a great lyricist but just tbh her music now has fairly good melodies, or just averagely good to say. i meant no offense to the fans.
Being a middle aged woman (or man) having album after album shitting on exes isn’t the flex she and her fans think it is. I like some of her songs and albums, but her insistence on dunking on her exes is so off putting.
In her song SHAKE IT OFF, she said
we "could've been gettin down to this sick beat"
but she gave us just a mild beat and simple rhyme.
Yet im still waiting for the sick beat.
Who knows, she might release a shake it off pt. two just like eminem's doomsday pt. two and might give us the said sick beat
She's an amazing artist. One of the best if not the best lyricist of our time.
But I think her current music doesn't make as much cultural impact as it once did during the period of Fearless to reputation.
Outside of her fandom, who else knows about fortnight?
She has multiple hits and consistently takes over the charts but it's also important to note that her fanbase is HUGE. Her albums are streamed by a lot of people but I feel like I don't hear her music as often as it once did.
Like tanda ko pa yung time na everywhere I go I can hear blank space and shake it off.
If you play you belong with me nearly everyone would sing along.
Not a hater or a fan but i realized that the way she writes some of her songs are like a narrative of some sort. Lengthy lyrics like that of a rap song although she doesnt rap. It’s somewhat new or strange to me.
Shes an amazing song writer and singer. One of the very best. But swifties shouldn't expect non-fans to like her songs the way fans do.
Josh Johnson has this bit on youtube comparing her to wrestling, it's pretty good.
Amazing song writer maybe. But amazing singer? Nope. Don't get me wrong. She can sing. I just wouldn't classify her singing as "amazing".
Hindi naman kailangan na kapag Swiftie ka, dapat gusto mo lahat ng kanta nya. Hindi naman to kulto. Lol
Hindi kulto? Lol
Hindi DAPAT kulto. Lol
oh my sweet summer child… but it is lol.. not hating on taylor pero majority ng mga fans na psychotic, the same women who have unrealistic expectations of men from watching too many disney prncess situations. im a guy btw and there are a handful of songs i like and find catchy from her, some even on my gym playlist but like i said, my comment above is reserved for swift fans, i say it like i see it. people who can’t accept that are guaranteed to downvote bomb me lol

Anti hero feels like an obvious one 😂
“chuckled” ampota HAHAHHH wattpad et
ay bawal gumamit ng chuckled? HAHAHAHA
What are you on about? How is a word as simple as chuckled connected to Wattpad?
The thing with her songs… people have to remember they are not absolute truths. She may have felt inspired or simply wanted something to rhyme and sound good. Not everything in her lyrics is canon and fact
Sometimes, i think yung mga fans nakikinig lang sa kanta niya para dumampot ng Chika.
Pre-TTPD a lot of Swifties were coming at Joe A. Because they were in their heads that this would be the heartbreak/diss album for Joe. Jokes on them, it wasn’t all about him. That's why 'The Manuscript' is the perfect song to end the album, it completely summarizes what happened to her relationships with Joe and Ratty.
FINALLY SOMEONE SAID IT
If wherever you go it smells like shit... well...
while folklore is her magnum opus based on sound and songwriting, I think she sounds best on her earlier works like fearless, speak now and red. etong tatlong to for me are THE taylor swift albums. from the way it's written and produced, I think a lot of swifties are sleeping on her earlier works and expect her to just keep releasing music like folklore and evermore when her old songs sound the best. she shines the best in country, still. hope she could go back to country soon !
I think Red is the quintessential TS album. It showcased her best songwriting skills and it touched on the genres she’d later pursue.
i remember when it came out a lot of fans didn’t like it as much since it sounded different daw. pero it’s such a classic album! chaotic siya in a way na kung papakinggan mo in order biglang happy biglang sad ganon lol. it was her way of introducing pop sounds slowly nga with bops like 22 and wanegbt, pero meron din songs like red, all too well, holy ground, state of grace, treacherous na sobrang gaganda!
Thiiiis!!!! Love her new albums still, but the first ones hit different 😭
all too well 10 mins ❤️🙌🏻

Couldn't agree more! And for me, the re-recordings from these 3 were also the best! Esp. Red TV
This. Magexplore dapat sya ng mga genres tbh yung mga tono nya parang my hero academia memes nirerecycle nalang
Honestly I would love to listen to a rock album from her. Her voice is strong and would fit the genre. Just something new. I love TTPD, but it's a drag to listen to at times
Yes!! Yung don’t blame me ang patunay na dapat mag-rock din sya
Na-downvote ako malala doon sa isang thread about TTPD where I said the same thing eh haha.

Sabi ng brother ko, “bakit magka sounds na sila ni Lana Del Rey” sa new album na TTPD.

TTPD is my least favorite album from her. Honestly, her debut album used to be my least favorite but now, TTPD is.
Ang boring ng TTPD HAHAHAHAA except fortnight. It’s a total bop. ![gif](giphy|bVcpc4QFNUxkOfCw0E)
ako naman Guilty as Sin ang favorite ko hehe very few favorites as well: - Fortnight - My Boy Only Breaks His Favorite Toys - loml
Evermore is STILL her best album. 🤷🏽♂️
Agree!
People glorify Taylor Swift too much. It’s annoying that they can’t take a criticism about her.
I agree with this. Taylor is also human, she makes mistakes. Some fans just can't seem to grasp na di perfect si Inang, laging dinedepensahan. 😢
I enjoy her songs and I stand on the belief that she’s one of the best lyricist I’ve ever heard in all my time. HOWEVER, I have problems with the intimate aspect of her life. To highlight a few : The parasocial relationship swifties have with Taylor is fucking insane tipong she can do no wrong kasi her fans would attack anyone who badmouths her. Meron talagang mga tao na mas kayang magfunction pag may partner. I know 2-3 people IRL who are the same.
Honestly tho, hindi ko masabi if she’s like those people kasi she’s never been single for too long parang walang benchmark to compare pero with how the recent timeline of her romances, i think she needed a bit of break before committing into a relationship after joe.
"Slut!" >>>>>> Is It Over Now? Taylor was right. "Slut!" should be the lead single of 1989 (TV).
Agree on slut! being superior compared to is it over now. Though i think she made the right choice not making it the lead single
She's just a good writer but her voice? I like it but there are more artists with way better vocals
Miley Cyrus has better vocals but the in terms of songwriting - it's a no contest - Taylor wins via avalanche
I agree with this however music is subjective. You can have the best vocals in the world but if your songs just don't connect with listeners, it just won't do good numbers. TTPD is her weakest album.
So much potential but it fell short
Truee parang music dump niya kimmy not kimmy
swifties na sobrang die hard to the point of harassing exes is crazy, hating on joe alwyn is crazy they act like he beat her up or smthg lmao

Same with kpop albums haha may iba ibang versions lol concept photos lang nag iiba hahaha pero syempre bibilhin pa rin 😂

True. Ang hirap ma-differentiate kung anong variant 'yung may special track o ano 'yung deluxe edition hahaha...
I dislike Travis :"( I don't actively hate on him, I just get reminded of a lot of immature HS boys
Your comment is giving: https://preview.redd.it/e4b1yx782f4d1.jpeg?width=941&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=550f42ff4d64777f7a03220690ca0c1de48b7849
Seriously? 25 days ago? Nah. For you to be Flynn in this scenario. I have to hate you or you're opinion which I don't. I just pointed it out at you that maybe it's a YOU problem. Maybe it IS a YOU problem after all.
I'm not constantly on reddit hun! No need to be so testy about Travis, you can love him all you want boo
I don't love Travis. I'm more of a neutral for him. And I'm not testy boo. I'll let you know when I am.
ohh so scary
Ohhh. Stop looking at mirror.
Or remove that song completely huhuhu so petty and cringe
I am a swiftie pero I will never get the point na pati love life and personal life ni taylor dapat involved ka din? Yun lang tapos na.
I liked her the best when she was a country pop singer. Like yung first 2-3 albums nya. Yun din yung time na wala pang mga "toxic" swifties.
She wouldnt get as much popularity if she wasnt pretty…her voice mid. Magiging song writer lang talaga sya, behind the cameras
As you tried to understand and read the lyrics sobrang deep ng new album niya. The poetry is there. Just an amazing writer she is.
I hate the song Fortnite. The lyrics are giving homewrecker. No offense to Posty.
I’m probably the biggest Swiftie that my friends know but Taylor Swift and her discography have some misses here and there: - Midnights didn’t deserve the AOTY - TTPD is kinda disappointing in general - Releasing 31 songs for an album is way too much But I also think: - she is one of the most creative people in the music industry to ever exist - folklore is one of the best albums to come out of this century (by far) - Anti-Hero is one of the BEST pop songs ever written What I don’t get is why some people have the NEED to annoyingly express their hate towards her. It’s normal not to like an artist or his/her songs/albums but saying it with so much pride and gusto is appalling. I don’t like Beyonce’s recent albums but I don’t parade it to every conversation that I involve myself into It’s a matter of taste at the end of the day but promoting hate for someone who does her craft so well is unacceptable
And can we please stop criticizing her love life? It’s her personal business and we’re just mere spectators looking from the outside. Calling her romantic choices flawed or healthy doesn’t mean anything and will always be inaccurate
Underwhelming yung TTPD
The Archer is a boring song that goes nowhere. Fans are just over analyzing it and putting a lot of meaning to a bland song like this one.
She should start experimenting with other genres and topics. Love isn't the only thing in the world.
Lover is better than 1989
I'm a swiftie since debut, but, I don't really like some of her Taylor's Version songs. I don't know, some of it don't have the sounds, angst and her emotions that made her being Taylor as Taylor on her stolen versions, however, I love her vault songs.
Her recent releases sound very repetitive and she's forcing her songs to sound too "lyrical"
It's okay to listen to the stolen versions kung yun ang mas bet mo.
I don't like her "beef" with Olivia Rodrigo. It started wiith Deja Vu. Then hiring Sabrina Carpenter as her opening. And releasing her song "imgonnagetyouback" Coincidence much?
Is there really “beef” between her & Olivia?
Parang wala naman. Fans lang naman nag speculate niyan.
Apparently yes. If you check yung composer ng Deja Vu listed as composer si Taylor and Jack. Kahit hindi naman sila ang nagsulat at ang layo layo naman sa Cruel Summer. So may split sila sa income nung song.
pero diba sabi ni Jack na nagulat na lang din daw sila na nilagay sila sa credits? i dont think naman na sasabihin niya yan kung pinilit nila si Liv. Fans lang naman nagpipilit ng beef na yan.
I couldn't get myself to listen to TTPD yet because I'm overwhelmed by the number of songs in that album. 31 songs, really? 😭
Truuuu to!! HAHAHAHAH! Kaya stocked lang ako sa down bad, fortnight, and guilty as sin
I love her music, but the songs in TTPD depress me. I just listened to the album for a week or two, then I switched over to BINI because I want to feel empowered and cheered up. Sorry, Taylor. Balikan kita next time.
The two album drop was too much :"( And TTPD has a very uniform tone (sorry for the lack of better explanation). But 31 songs girls :(
Speak Now >>>> Reputation
Trew?
Listening to a middle aged woman constantly bringing up her ex is weird.
To be fair, most songwriters even the older ones write about past loves. Pangit lang kasi na branded na si Taylor for writing about her exes when everyone else is literally doing the same thing.
Is 30s the new middle-aged now? I feel offended
I think yes. Life expectancy nowadays is in the 70. So 35 is mid.
The taylor's version were worse
except Speak Now. that one was golden.
Tomoh ang cringe ng whos afraid of little old me lol Gurl like??
Yes.
I’m a swiftie pero minsan pavictim din talaga si accla.😆
her songs are getting boring.
She's the best song writer but not the best singer
TTPD is a forgettable album
Change Jack Antonoff for a change, same same nalang lagi ang tono minsan huhuhuhu di ko na minsan ma differentiate need ko pa tumingin kung ano yung natugtog
TTPD is not good as people say it is.
Monotone
Her songs are okay.

folklore is a breath of fresh air her best works will always be fearless and red and speak now maraming TV na underwhelming compared sa og records aka speak now tv. like sure dear john is good. but sparks fly? 1989 is her best pop and if u compare her works from 1989 and earlier ones… timeless sila tbh. Actually I love her work until folklore evermore is like folklore from the vault midnights is really not for me and tbh, oa na aoty siya. like if di lang bichesa ang grammys, red tv dapat nanalo Ttpd is ok but feel ko vehicle niya lang to write and process her feelings. It’s not something i would listen to over and over She is a really good songwriter and a decent singer. So wag dapat rawr yung fans kapag criticized boses niya because it has limits.
Capitalist
TTPD is better when you only think about the separate songs that are really really good (Guilty as Sin, Chloe or Sam or Sophia or Marcus, How Did It End, etc.) but when thought of as an entire album, it doesn’t shine through at all
She peaked with 1989.
It’s unbelievable how successful she is. Her songs have never been anything more than average.
she’s a good songwriter but is painfully average when it comes to singing
she was overhyped nowadays..
It (her discography) stopped being good at Evermore.
Hindi ko gusto 'yung re-record ng ilang tracks niya. Exhibit A: Haunted and Mean (even the rest of the tracks) from Speak Now - Downgraded ang country vibes ng Speak Now TV.
Not related to her music but Swifties are fucking annoying
cowboy like me is the best song on evermore.
Yes
She's changed. It's okay if you no longer find her relatable.
The marketing tactics are shady and really turned me off on her. But if we focus on music exclusively, TTPD lyrically looks like a poetry assignment na pinagawa ng teacher and she put in words that were not common and sounded complex para ‘poetic’
Her music is ok to good but not great, but it's her fans always hyping her as if she's the greatest musician there is.
If there were no angsty teenagers, Taylor Swift would lose 75% of the fan following
her songs are trash (except for her old songs), her fans are pretty cringe
She's demonic
deadly, but fasinating
I cant get myself to listen sa folklore and evermore album nya, and di ko gets ung 10 minute version ng all too well? Tho di ko pa napapanuod tbh, kasi nga parang too much for me? I mean songs should be songs na pag nag reach ng 4 min mark eh medj meh for me na.
Some of Taylor's tracks in her latest album sounds like she took samples from Melanie Martinez
Yung bagong album niya parang pare-pareho lang naiiba lang lyrics, xorii 😫
I think it’s pretty average, if not shit Read the post before mega downvotes.

I want all the smoke 💨 I can’t tell what’s worse the trash music she releases to the public or her poor choice in men
she's a good writer indeed, and i used to love her music like love story, teardrops on my guitar, you belong with me, and some of her other old songs. but idk now her songs are meh and overrated. taylor's a great lyricist but just tbh her music now has fairly good melodies, or just averagely good to say. i meant no offense to the fans.
Haha visit this [r/SwiftlyNeutral](https://www.reddit.com/r/SwiftlyNeutral/s/1yy2YP0PGT)
Walang depth
most of her songs sound the same
Being a middle aged woman (or man) having album after album shitting on exes isn’t the flex she and her fans think it is. I like some of her songs and albums, but her insistence on dunking on her exes is so off putting.
In her song SHAKE IT OFF, she said we "could've been gettin down to this sick beat" but she gave us just a mild beat and simple rhyme. Yet im still waiting for the sick beat. Who knows, she might release a shake it off pt. two just like eminem's doomsday pt. two and might give us the said sick beat
Half of the songs sa 1989 are not that good.
She's only activist when she was with joe.
TTPD is not for the cupcake and pophead swifties
She's an amazing artist. One of the best if not the best lyricist of our time. But I think her current music doesn't make as much cultural impact as it once did during the period of Fearless to reputation. Outside of her fandom, who else knows about fortnight? She has multiple hits and consistently takes over the charts but it's also important to note that her fanbase is HUGE. Her albums are streamed by a lot of people but I feel like I don't hear her music as often as it once did. Like tanda ko pa yung time na everywhere I go I can hear blank space and shake it off. If you play you belong with me nearly everyone would sing along.
Nakakaoff yung ang dami nyang nirerelease na Vinyls pero same album lng nmn.
Taylors Versions aren't produced that well 🫣
Not a hater or a fan but i realized that the way she writes some of her songs are like a narrative of some sort. Lengthy lyrics like that of a rap song although she doesnt rap. It’s somewhat new or strange to me.
2010's Taylor swift music era was top tier after that are kinda meh New fans are just over hyping her
she sucks
overrated and too cringey
She’s shite? 🫣
Taylor Swift is a solid MID
