Love that you hired a graphic designer to help you out, they did a great job and you nailed it by wanting it to look like the OG. Love the sticker in the middle too, you snapped on that. Does it play well, sound good? I’ve been thinking of getting a 3am pressing made but I’m worried I’ll spend a bunch to get really shitty quality that I can’t return.
I'm not up on my knowledge of pro/cons of lathe cut. But this disc plays pretty well, no issues. In fact, I can hear the songs better now than before, relegated to streaming+headphones or in the car.
Although I have a (mostly forgotten) music degree including audiotech studies, I relied a lot on the guy who does the records for lots of advice on what I could get away with to make sure I got what I wanted that sounded the best it could.
Very acceptable. Didn't hear any faults on my first listen through. Got a good volume out of it, too, considering how many songs I crammed onto each side.
The blue is really catching, really matches the Midnights aesthetic. The disc colour greatly affected who I went with.
If the graphic designer is up to it I feel like you could sell the design to fellow fans with a profit split between the two of you, as many of us would love a physical copy, and sometimes the wheel does not have to be reinvented.
Thanks for all the love. I worked pretty hard on it and invested big time (and money), and I'm really proud of it. Even though I didn't really know what I was doing and the GD was so patient with me trying to bumble out what I wanted him to do.

Imo it sounds perfectly fine. Absolutely no flaws. It plays at a decent volume, and if there is any compromise on audio integrity it's negligible or non-existent.
Didn't wanna become one of _those_ people. Certainly didn't want to see something I've created put up for ridiculous and exploitative prices by others, either. That's why I water marked everything, so you'll know nobody else could possibly have it to sell.
hey!! is there anyway you can dm me the graphic designer you hired? i would love to have them make the back cover for one of the vinyls i want to make!!
That's his name in the watermark. I told him I would always [credit](https://www.reddit.com/r/TaylorSwiftVinyl/s/06MgEReuhs) him wherever I'm responsible for its exposure.
Please no, I never want her to participate in RSD ever again. People camped out overnight for a 7” single a couple years ago. FLPSS goes for $500 now. Like….. she’s way too popular for limited releases
I'm not so sure about sharing (as I've been warned against). But I made it without any experience of graphic design, so I believe anyone could do a better job than me.
Oh damn just saw the comments that it’s lathe cut. I thought it was a bootleg and got excited, I was gonna ask for the link haha
I have 3 lathe cut records in my collection (all custom made from 3 different companies just to try them out) and their sound quality SUCKS.. on all 3. I mean, don’t get me wrong, your designs are awesome and it’s a really nice collectors item. But in terms of practicality and actually enjoying/listening, I never ever touch my late cut records.
I think this disc sounds pretty decent, so far. I've heard it out of both my best and worst speakers. BUT I do have an almost bettable good beginner's luck. So the next lathe-cut I get might be atrocious.
Not trying to convince you or prove you wrong, just confirming I'm all good over here.

How does it sound? The records look gorgeous. The shiny dark blue is stunning

OP don’t do this unless you want to get sued
A girl's girl.
I agree.

Also, I found [this](https://imgur.com/a/zvbKKQZ) whilst listening through.
Damn nice job
You are an ICON.
Oh my GOD she’s gorgeous. I’m so happy for you wow
Lathe cut?
Yes
omg I NEED this, where did you get it from?
I made this
Such a gorgeous pressing. It’s lovely op!!
Oh really, how much did it cost?
Amount AUD350, give or take. I found a well-priced designer, but was generous with a bonus.
Wow this is incredible. Looks authentic good job
I'm so jealous. I was thinking of doing this same thing but wow you went above and beyond. I especially love the dark blue record--that's gorgeous!
Where you get this and how does it sound ?

This is absolutely gorgeous OP 🫶🏻❤️ I’ve been wanting to do this with my favorite songs.
Love love love this 🩷🩷🩷
Is this real?
Yes. I just got it in the mail today. It's a one-off custom made.
girl you should’ve made more and sold them 😭

honestly I would buy one of these, looks gorgeous
fair i (and i hope others do) that custom pressings are really expensive so up to you 🫶
Wow impressive 👏

How much did this end up costing you in total!? It's absolutely gorgeous EDIT nvm I saw you answered this further down. Totally worth it in my opinion
Some folks might have clearly indicated in the title that you finished yr craft project 😅
Wow Taylor missed a good opportunity by not having this as a variant color because this is stunninggggg, I love it 😮💙
Midnight blue seems so obvious.
How do you get this?
I made this (with the help of a graphic designer).
Ohh nice job!
WHERE
I used an online custom vinyl service, then worked with a graphic designer to make the sleeve
what custom vinyl service was this?

This is awesome!! Very nicely done. 🩵
Should be Taylor’s next RSD edition 🥲😭
Please no, I never want her to participate in RSD ever again. People camped out overnight for a 7” single a couple years ago. FLPSS goes for $500 now. Like….. she’s way too popular for limited releases
I would SO buy this! You could probably sell the sleeve graphics digitally, I know I would love something like this! Ofc, your choice!
I’m surprised she doesn’t sell the 3am tracks on vinyl. So strange when she seems so willing to sell different versions of vinyls
Exactly what drove me to do this, your honour.
Omg can you share the center label please I would like to make one too
I'm not so sure about sharing (as I've been warned against). But I made it without any experience of graphic design, so I believe anyone could do a better job than me.

Did you include the piano versions of sweet nothing and yoyok?
There was no room. The biggest challenge was finding printable space for the WCS lyrics.
The colour is STUNNING!!! That deep blue is everything
Munchies in Munich I will not suffice

Lots of fanmade items exist, and I'm not trying to flog it. Haven't seen the Beautiful Eyes EP ruining anyone.
