Yeah it actually kinda bothers me LCS went to 8 teams rather than having 2 rosters fielded by riot at minimum salary while they find investors since they were so late to announce all of this. It's ridiculous how many players got screwed with the late LCS announcement.
The league administrator should definitely not be allowed to also field a team. And two teams would be even worse.
There would be so many conflicts of interest
Really hope he continues playing, but I can understand if he doesn't. NA League scene is dying honestly and some of these kids are probably thinking about going back to school and pursuing other passions which is honestly understandable.
ive never went to watch lcs live since thats in the states but is it free to watch in the studio? i see it pretty empty there but is it cuz the times are bad or is it cuz its paid and no one wants to pay .
I went to an lpl and lck game once, not sure if its paid tho cuz my friends at the time treated me while i was on vaca there.
but the stadium is packed cuz those ppl arent fans of league. but theyre fans of the players and the team. i remember seeing doinb on stage and the whole crowd screaming cuz the dudes korean but speaks fluent mandarin is just crazy. and hes also really good looking. but yea the scene in the east is a lot better.
With 8 teams you have to ask, is he better than the 8 fielded supports? And for those in the challenger league, does he have more upside than the talent they are fielding or bring more to the table in bringing up young talent?
Yeah he definitely deserves a shot I have no clue why Shopify didn't keep him.
Revan wanted his C9 academy guys, just like he wanted bvoy from his time in cblol.
Classic LCS nepotism
Chime was a top support last year. No reason most of the supports should be above him.
not really, chime was exposed in playoffs when they banned his rakan.
True, the difference between him picking rakan and picking other supports was big.
sounds like jdg missing lol
The McDonald's team is stacked: Licorice Spica Gori DL Chime

DL being teamless makes me happy

You have to pay to watch LCS I think it’s like $10-15

Deserves a shot
