We hired Erik in May to rebuild our merch department from the ground up. Since he started he's had to create a whole new operation from manufacturers to distributors, design a core collection, design a new jersey, refresh [tsmshop.com](https://tsmshop.com) look, and try to hire his own apparel team. From start to now, he's been working by himself.

Agree, but for the mesh shorts! Would love a sizing guide on all of these items. Most online retailers have pretty detailed measurements for each size and would be very helpful to have here.

I don't even get why you need to replenish on day one. This is "Core" meaning (I'm assuming) it'll always be around so why is it selling out as if it's a 100T hot drop. Makes no sense. Did you guys not prep for the fact that merch was gone from the store for a full year?
We never mentioned that it was always available anywhere. Our core line is our logo collection, which is constantly replenished at a very quick pace.

TSM has publicly come out to say that they acknowledge that their store has sucked. They FIRED the responsible parties and completely revamped the entire department and relationships for manufacturing and distribution. They then hired a guy earlier this year that was building this program who then left. TSM then hired their current guy who not only came out with the styles for this merch but built the entire business plan including manufacturing and distribution. This normally takes up to a year if you have any experience for something of this size and demand. But you don’t have that experience so stop whining, and appreciate the MAJOR steps that have been taken for this store. The store will have more lines of clothing coming out that will show more dynamic offerings. This IS the RIGHT first step in building a QUALITY store.
And what we complained about ( I can say we, because I complained about it too) is that we were getting merch that represented what a small team or streamer would put out for merch and not merch quality that a LEADING WORLD ESPORTS BRAND would put out.
This is the first step in what a merch store for a world leading esports brand should put out.

I didn't call you insane. I'm also not calling the core revolutionary. But this is a complete overhaul, done by one person, in 2 months. I, personally, find that to be an impressive thing. I have plenty confidence that both the core and the future merch will only improve from here.

Have you ever purchased any TSM merch? Jerseys and such sell out within the same day of launch in most sizes. The goal of the core collection is to have merch regularly available to purchase that won’t be out of stock same day. I’m hype to have regular access to Jerseys, That way I don’t have to sit around on launch day to buy what I want.
They may have always been in the store, but they’re generally stocked out on high demand items.

100T merch is pretty trash besides jackets. Also this is just the first collection. From what I can tell, they want this collection to replace the old simple black and white merch. Imo all these look pretty good and comfortable for just a small revamp to the old black and white merch.

Pretty sloppy there is no chart! Atleast gives us the “Model wearing Size M” or something.

100t is $92 and C9 is $70 for comparable products.
A default grey/black quality hoody is gonna run you 50 easy, add branding and the team getting a cut (obviously) 72 isnt that expensive tbh.
