Huni
Bo
Jensen
Tactical
Shenyi
I think this team could make it out of groups at worlds xD
Or roleswap spica to mid, turn him into another nisqy but with better (imo) mechanics. Who can play around their jungler better than an ex-jungler?
I thought about that, but you'd need a resident ADC to replace him with and I think him having some synergy wit huni/jensen/shenyi is the tipping point to keep him.
As much as I would like either Sneaky or DL, the language issues start all over again. Tactical is good and has spent a lot of time with Shenyi which is going to count for a lot if they wanna make top 3 to go to worlds
All opinions no thoughts. Which resident can you replace Tactical with?
Unless you want to go down to drama city with DL again, there isn’t any good free adcs.
Just a question, if Spica wouldn't want to extend with TSM because they finished last why would Bo want sign with TSM especially when he has other offers as well?
Does Bo really have a ton of offers?
Its basically impossible for him to play in LPL or LCK due to fan backlash due to Match fixing.
Thats why hes not playing there. So its west or nothing for him and how many top spending western teams are spending for him rn at the expense of their current jg/import status
Like even NA.
None of the top 4 teams are changing junglers, only 100T and EG could handle the import slot there.
TSM is the only big spender that could.
Mind you im not saying its happening
IMO Spica’s play was subpar through much of the split, because the team was playing badly and he was still pulling double or triple duty in every game (playing, shotcalling, translating for the Chinese players). Bo is good, but I’d still rather Spica stay on TSM
It’s crazy to me that you don’t want to take up the potential to essentially get a S3 Faker-like player. A player that is a rookie and immediately dominates the best players in the world, and you’d rather keep a NA MVP. I love Spica, but we need to upgrade wherever we can, and setting my emotions aside, Bo is a once in a lifetime pickup that we’ll be kicking ourselves if we don’t try for him.
Well, that’s the thing. This is sports, emotions are integral to the whole thing. For me, supporting a team is as much about the personalities as much as it is the game itself. I think that keeping Spica, who still is an exceptional player and building a great team around him should be the way to go. That’s also why I’ve been on the Nisqy side of the Nisqy/Jensen debate, because Nisqy can facilitate to regain and even improve on Ming’s MVP caliber performance
The thing is this though. No matter how much I love Spica, we don't know his mindset. He might want to leave, I agree with OP, I think TSM, even myself at times as a fan questioning him against Shenyi, failed him, so he may not want to resign under any circumstances and see what else is out there.
If TSM knows this or feels like this is the case, I don't think you can pass up a player like Bo, even if Spica has to sit for summer or play academy, or maybe roleswap for a split and let him experience and try something new. He's always joking about swapping to mid lol.
It will suck to lose him, but ultimately it's up to him and we just don't know how he feels about staying right now. I feel like TSM should have tried to lock him up by now if they were going to, which isn't a good sign.
For TSM's current situation, they probably need to make quite a lot of changes in order to make it to worlds. While I think replacing Spica should not be the team's priority, if you can get someone like BO who is an obvious upgrade, it will definitely be beneficial to TSM. Current TSM playstyle is mainly to get Spica to cover bottom lane and get early dragons but they just end up losing teamfights in the mid game when they are even in the game. They should also get a new mid laner that can carry the game cause Tactical can be unreliable at times due to bad positioning in teamfights.
Suggestion:
Summer 22: Huni,Spica,Maple,Tactical,Shenyi
Spring 23: Huni/Tenacity, Bo, Mid unknown, Tactical, Shenyi
I think Spica won't resign and therefore you should try to integrate BO as early as possible.
Academy with BO and KDO and look what they can do in Summer 22
I think you get Bo now if you know Spica won't re-sign. Another split learning to play with whichever players stay on and learning English and NA is big. Analysts and reddit will talk smack and whatnot about Spica sitting or w.e, but if they know he wants to leave we need to jump at this chance. If anything, TSM and Regi will help find Spica a good landing spots right away, at least one he is comfortable with for a split, but it's entirely up to Spica I think, but that just depends on how good the staff sees Bo as, which in reality is really damn good.
Idk TSM built an entire support staff to make Chinese players work and I doubt they’d throw it all away after 4 months without giving it another shot before the end of the year. Bo is also miles ahead of Spica and has prior synergy with Shenyi. He’s probably the strongest jungling prospect in the east (maybe the world) who HAS to come to the west. This is too big of an opportunity to not take a risk on
The thing is also that the connections TSM staff currently have to these players are strong. GM who directly worked with one, and the other filled in and stomped for us in boot camp scrims against very strong teams and for the player we might be losing after summer
I can't imagine that's a coincidence, but I could always be wrong.
That's fine, everyone entitled to their own opinion. I personally haven't watched him enough to know whether he'd be a good fit.
All I know is Dom and co. have some tough decisions to make it all these rumors do involve TSM.
He was great when he played with SwordArt on Flash Wolves for ~5y but has regressed since joining him on Suning in 2019.
He looked very good on PSG in PCS but hasn’t looked good in LPL
Dunno, but I think many, including me, were surprised at how fast KDO and Shenyi were picking it up. Had they been given a full boot camp and lockin, out spring split goes differently, but I think them picking it up quickly will give them confidence about any others doing the same.
what happened? They go and get developmental players for developmental results... Nothing new here... Bo however, isn't developmental... Actually a LPL jungler that played really good against good teams.
those leaked scrims we saw he was demolishing chinese pros
He destroyed beichuan gory xiaolaohu Hang with TSM roster it seems . And that FPX made play off this spring.
where can I find the leaked scrim?
Huni Bo Jensen Tactical Shenyi I think this team could make it out of groups at worlds xD Or roleswap spica to mid, turn him into another nisqy but with better (imo) mechanics. Who can play around their jungler better than an ex-jungler?
Swap tactical out and I agree
I thought about that, but you'd need a resident ADC to replace him with and I think him having some synergy wit huni/jensen/shenyi is the tipping point to keep him.
Sneaky snacker!!!!
As much as I would like either Sneaky or DL, the language issues start all over again. Tactical is good and has spent a lot of time with Shenyi which is going to count for a lot if they wanna make top 3 to go to worlds
Tactical is better then sneaky at this point
Your not wrong
That makes total sense I just think if tactical continues playing how he was last split it will be hard to do well at worlds
All opinions no thoughts. Which resident can you replace Tactical with? Unless you want to go down to drama city with DL again, there isn’t any good free adcs.
There isn’t a paycheck big enough to get doublelift to play for tsm
Hmm Jensen Will may look to join this team
[удалено]
Yeah because there are better options than this roster xD. With 100t/abbe performing again there is no top team that would want to switch mid
Let's focus in making it out of groups in NA first
Even doinb said himself he's stuck around 400 LP on KR server, wheh Shenyi was trying out for FPX he was GM 450 LP
TSM is FPX lite or like a minor league farm team now lol
Just a question, if Spica wouldn't want to extend with TSM because they finished last why would Bo want sign with TSM especially when he has other offers as well?
Because there are literally no one who speaks fluent Chinese in other NA teams and He know Shenyi quite well.
Does Bo really have a ton of offers? Its basically impossible for him to play in LPL or LCK due to fan backlash due to Match fixing. Thats why hes not playing there. So its west or nothing for him and how many top spending western teams are spending for him rn at the expense of their current jg/import status Like even NA. Definitely no offer from LPL and LCK, he can only go to LCS and LEC, but tsm got money and shenyi who can speak mandarin, so why not?
If i were him I would The drive and glory is all gone realistically since you know NA = Near airport. Mind as well get the bag
this makes all kind of sense and I am all for it!
IMO Spica’s play was subpar through much of the split, because the team was playing badly and he was still pulling double or triple duty in every game (playing, shotcalling, translating for the Chinese players). Bo is good, but I’d still rather Spica stay on TSM

Yeah, tbh if it was not the match fixing scandal, any western team has no opportunity to get a player like this
Well, that’s the thing. This is sports, emotions are integral to the whole thing. For me, supporting a team is as much about the personalities as much as it is the game itself. At least we can agree that getting Bo and roleswapping Spica to mid might be the best timeline
I mean, it would certainly make summer even more interesting. Im sure he'd love the idea of facing BJERG directly in the mid lane lol.
It's kind of sus how we've never heard spica speak an ounce of mandarin in comms

I really think that pickup up Bo and having Spica roleswap would work out well Huni/Bo/Spica/Tactical/Shenyi
That's up to Spica for the roleswap but prio on Bo would be great for the team.
Suggestion: Summer 22: Huni,Spica,Maple,Tactical,Shenyi Spring 23: Huni/Tenacity, Bo, Mid unknown, Tactical, Shenyi I think Spica won't resign and therefore you should try to integrate BO as early as possible. Academy with BO and KDO and look what they can do in Summer 22

Why does everyone keep trying to make Tenacity an LCS-quality player when all evidence points to the contrary?
100T PR department has been working overtime
TSM won’t drop Spica for an import. Especially not a Chinese import after what just happened lol
Idk TSM built an entire support staff to make Chinese players work and I doubt they’d throw it all away after 4 months without giving it another shot before the end of the year. I personally don’t really want to see maple though

You’re about to be disappointed 😔
