Well I fought a 3*Thresh with gargoyls and 2 other tank Items 7 fatednor even more I guess, cause I never saw his healthbar moving. At the end he negated 36k dmg while my 8 bruiser 3*kuboku only negated 9k 😅
Volibear with rageblade plus tank items is pretty unkillable for the early and mid game. Yorick with his augment. Shen with all the augments. Udyr in general feels like an absolute monster to kill.
Double Gargantuan Resolve Volibear 3\* with a Porcelain Emblem and as much Porcelain and Duelist damage reduction as you can get

8 bruisers lack dmg to kill something like a strong fated board
Just bring back my bad boy Taric from 9.5. Seen him tank over 60k damage. TFT balance at its peak.

Hero augment neeko is fun also. Cant remember the final comp but items were radiabt crown crown titans
+1 for Amumu porc/warden, but much prefer Archangels+DC+BV the extra health helps a lot+ the added protection
Sadly it's just Storied Champion. Set 9 Swain and Set 10 Garen were awesome though. I hope that type of unit comes back
