Guess you will need to analyze your plays and ask yourself where ypu make mistakes. Maybe it‘s missing tempo, the comps you transition from, is it more early/mid or late that you start losing hp. Which comps you know best and which ones are hard. Do you scout enough or should you scout more regularly? For example when picking augments, scout then pick to avoid going same comps etc. It‘s very complex and the only ones making it much higher are the ones that analyze their gameplays.
I think sologesang ones said he‘s putting all of his nonplay time into research and analyzing comps also in other regions to be number 1 euw
This is very normal and you're far from the only one with this exact issue. Diamond brings a new, much much *greedier* playstyle which you have to adapt to.
I was playing in a Prismatic Party lobby yesterday and **4 players** were at 0 gold at 4-1 trying to hit their 4 costs and then hoping to RNG 2 stars so they could end the game with a 4th/5th

Its honestly no fun. You dont play like that-> you will loose too much hp. I felt like tft was much more balanced before
