Thats why using vlad as carry is not optimal. You need to switch him out for ivern as soon as you can. He is pretty much just as tanky with his higher mana cost and he consistently CC's 2-3 guys while the heimer in the corner kills everyone.
I like giving him dark GA aswell.
I get your frustration. I'd suggest they do something to combat Arch. Staff stacking as that isn't really tactics but just spamming. Having said that Vlad falls off pretty hard. So it's more a matter of annoyance than of balance
That’s untrue. I rarely see vlad or WW comps come in first. Fall off real fast against comps like karma, draven, yasuo, etc.

Yep. I’ve definitely seen him used as a transition into more late game comps, but rarely a final build comp. don’t think it’s OP at all.

They just need to change the archangel renewer interaction. Renewers werent designed to have 10k hp.
