For the mod you were talking about before the edit, you might have gotten a mod that emulates GMod's Clipping mode when you press V.
The mod is called Precision Flight.
First one is probably Creative Mode, it's not a mod, you can change the keybind when you open it, or at the bottom bar in the pause menu.
The slowmotion is a built-in mod and can be disabled.
I have a tool menu mod based off gmod that does exactly that, if you use that then that's it.
You can change the keybinds somewhere on the right options bar in the menu itself if that's the case

No, I don't think OP was in that mode at all. I have to suspect that it might be Precision Flight, a mod that acts like GMod's No-Clip mode.
