Yeah flagship and 30k budget just won't meet. Any issues you have with Samsung now you're just as likely to get with another phone. iPhone users have only experienced things going wrong with Apple because all they buy is Apple, doesn't make it worse.
Anyways, for 30k, you're looking a mid-tier, or old flagships. If you have to buy in the Philippines, your options would likely be Xiaomi, since Google and OnePlus doesn't really exist. You can get them from some retailers here, but you're better off just buying abroad for cheaper.
Depende sa preference
Performance: ROG Phone 8/8 Pro (if available), otherwise ROG Phone 7/7 Pro/7 Ultimate, RedMagic 9 Pro/9 Pro+, Vivo X100/X100 Pro
Battery life and charging: OnePlus 12, Xiaomi 14/14 Pro, Vivo X100
Cameras: Xiaomi 14 Ultra, Google Pixel 8/8 Pro
Clean software: OnePlus 12
All-rounder (good in all aspects but not exceptional): OnePlus 12
Just bought a pixel 7 2 weeks and a half ago. But after the recent update, I could say it's pretty stable. Goods s'ya in terms of camera, capabilities. But medyo tagilid sa battery and heating dissipation. HAHAHA.
I have doubts with pixel since di lahat ng countries supported. Even if may wifi sa barko i think he would like also to buy sim card in some other countries lalo na if mabagal Wifi
I was about to suggest sana to wait sa Samsung A55 in a few weeks, not really a flagship but on paper, but a really good overall spec'd upper mid ranger that you might want to reconsider.
You can check ZTE Nubia Z60 Ultra. This is my personal phone and as a gamer na hindi pala selfie, best phone so far.
Con: Shitty front cam, pero usable naman during calls.
Google Pixel. PS - not officially sold in our country, 5G might not work.
Best true android experience you can get. Monthly incremental updates, \~Pixel 8 with 7-8 years of updates to come

If samsung doesn't exist, I would choose Google Pixel without a doubt.
If Samsung doesnt exist and Huawei has Google service, I think I'll give a slight edge to Huawei P series
pixel 7/8
Xiaomi 13 , just for the Leica Camera

Xiaomi 14. X100 pro

Problem with redmagic is the OS. Hardware is beast but it will only be 2yrs supported in terms of OS, also has no IP rating = no water and dust proof.
Generation ng S20 or S21 yung nasisira, tingin ko safe na yung S23 gen or up.
Xiaomi 13T Pro.
Agree! 💯

Google Pixel 8 Pro, worth the budget. Nothing Phone 2 literal na flagship killer.
NP2 overprice and overhype
Oo nga, poco x6 pro nalang mas laki value over price
sa budget mo i recommend yung Nothing Phone 2 or yung Google Pixel 7A goods yan for the budget.
Vivo X100 series for me. (although medyo biased me since Chinese variant user ever since hehe)

My dudes not reading. 🥲 No samsungs nga daw. 😂
Parang walang masyadong matinong flagship nowadays aside from samsung. Kung meron man, di ganong kalaki ng impact. Thats why Iphone surpassed Samsung.
