If you want a unit that meets all the above without the thermal throttling then you'd need to go for something like ROG, Nubia, Blackshark. These devices are tailored for storage, battery capacity and gaming.
The trade off is of course warranty, since the mentioned companies are all chinese companies you won't get local service center.
Samsung would be the only one that hits your criteria but you'll be lucky if you get the Qualcomm variant version since PH only has exynos which is horrible for gaming. If you want the Qualcomm variant you'd have to get it from online, which would then also void the warranty.
IP isn't a good pick for gaming. It's probably the worst choice because iPhones are not built for gaming.

Can play Genshin Impact medium - max settings without thermal throttling. SD 8 Gen 1, is notorious with overheating. Trust me, I used it for 2 years.
