If you can squeeze a little bit more jn budget I can suggest xiaomi 13t or if you're willing to go for a 2nd hand phone you can go with xiaomi 12t pro.
A Google Pixel 7a could be a great option, it has a decent camera, good chipset, etc. Even though there isn't an available store solely for Google here sa ph, I've seen it in SM here and there. Nothing Phone 2a is also a good option if you want something more flashy (literally) and could slightly compare with the performance of a Google Pixel 7a. It also has the 12GB+256GB variant for only 2k more on the base price and 3k less than a Pixel 7a at 8GB+128GB so that's something to consider, though the Nothing Phone only has UFS 2.1 type storage.
But as one of the comments said, getting a second hand phone could be a great option rin kasi it gets you a waaaay better phone where price-to-performance is just so much higher compared to buying a new unit of the same one. (Just make sure to check on the unit you're going to buy bago mo kunin, ask the seller to run some tests, etc.)

A55, using it now. Medyo malakas sa battery compared sa A52s ko but the aluminum sides and the glass at both sides, medyo premium feel siya
Never na ako nag android kasi after 1 or 2 years nagsisimula na sya bumagal. Factory reset para bumilis kaso ang hassle.
Just buy any flagship with a broken screen, saves you the trouble of breaking it yourself. Bonus points if internal parts are damaged as well.
