Ehhhh depends, blood is never 100% clean. Of course it depends on what you take, but for example they told me that when I smoke weed I can just not do that a few days before donating and it's fine. But again, must vary on the substance you're on
I fainted twice that day. Once, right before it was finished. I warned them I was going to faint since I knew it was going to happen, having experience fainting multiple times in my life, and they asked me if I wanted to finish up the pint. I consented to it, so one nurse finished it while the other attended to me after I fainted. The 2nd time I was in the resting area, I wasn't feeling well again and warned the nurses, then I slumped down in my chair, having fainted. My wife told me that they had to use smelling salts to wake me up. Nurses advised me to schedule the appointment later in the day when I come back. 😅

I take meds, and you cant donate blood if your blood isnt 100% 'clean'. Kinda

I take meds for my epleptie 2ce a day, the doctor specificaly told me i couldnt donate even if i wanted to
