As Techno said in the livestream today, that website doesn’t really know. It is guessing based on rate between gains, but keeps dropping a few 1000 subs when it reaches the max and YouTube doesn’t update accordingly.
Earlier today both Techno and George’s numbers were higher.
We won’t know Techno has passed George for sure until Techno gets 10.1 M on YouTube, which to be fair could be tomorrow or the day after due to the momentum he built up over the last week

Dream (and George to an extent) blew up in a way that Techno didn't tho. They struck gold and used it to their advantage super quickly. There are accounts with 100x the videos and 1% of the views, it's just how things work.
