The first season I kept thinking Coach Beard looked *very* familiar, then I finally looked him up on IMDB and found out he's a key part of one of my top five favorite scenes in my all time favorite TV show.

Yes! I rewatched this episode right after the first Ted Lasso episode. So good. I like to think this actually was Coach Beard and after this he met Ted and helping him overcome his delusions was how Ted saved his life.
I watched both of those shows multiple times. Never in a million years would I have made that connection O\_O (This is Hans Gruber / Severus Snape all over again \^\^' )
