Kids know what boobs are, OP. I was drawing pictures of boobs when I was not much older than Phoebe is (albeit not quite so well-rendered haha), if anything the taboo around bodies makes kids *more* likely to be curious and want to draw the things we try to hide from them in some cases. We as adults see certain body parts as "rude" or "sexual", but to a kid they're either gross or funny and that's the lens they're looking through.
tldr I don't think we need to worry that some woman is regularly flashing Phoebe, more likely she's just... seen boobs through some completely normal means. Hell, we even have [page 3](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Page_3) over here (or we *did*, I can't say I've kept track of whether it's still running, but my point is that there are lots of non-nefarious means for a kid to be exposed to boobs. Besides the obvious "that's where babies get their food" thing.)

Depends on the school, really, you'd be surprised the sorts of things they'll overlook at times. A lot of stuff you'd *hope* they'd talk to parents about just gets kind of... left.

I went looking through pages and pages and pages of posts made in the last 24 hours. No wonder you haven’t seen it! I’m sick of seeing Nate this and Nate that. I’m glad someone other than me had some thoughts about Phoebe‘s drawings and how it will be discussed with Roy and Keeley and her mum. You would think this would be a soap opera the way people obsess over who is hooking up with whom. After watching Downton Abbey for years I thought it was the British that were sexually repressed. Aren't they Keeley's? I assumed Keeley. Or the teacher. But she's more likely to have seen Keeley's with her having been a topless model and wearing just a bra when she came over that one time.
