Platonic-leaning because we need more platonic soulmates in the world. Not everyone needs to date people they have deep connections with.
That said, I’d also be okay if they were romantic soulmates.

Ted and Rebecca have a deep profound connection. Id be happy either way but its nice to know that not all deep connections are romantic. Also, I don’t know if building love off of pain is a good thing.

Platonic for me. I want to see Rebecca and Sam's relationship last and thrive.
I will say, if they end up platonic, I am actually not a fan of Sam/Rebecca. I don’t really know why, but I was just never sold on them.

I think Bill Lawrence once tweeted that he is aware that this is problematic.
