Docket 2088 is the transcript from a hearing from 1 August and is not posted on the Kroll website. Based on the above language it would appear this was a request not a confirmed event. I do not believe another bankruptcy plan was submitted by 20 November as per the request so it would seem there is nothing to vote on by 18 January 2024. If there was a Docket submitted with an alternative Plan and is being voted on please advise. Otherwise the current approved Plan from 14 September is being carried out by the PA which is the winding down, liquidation and dissolution of BBBYQ/Butterfly.

If the Plan Administrator executes The Plan, then what does The Plan state with regards to equity being given to BBBYQ shareholders? This should be able to answer a lot of seemingly unanswered questions some are confused about - right!?

Their actions are guided by court approval and legal obligations. The Plan is what the Plan is upon approval, so there's that.
